About this property

California themed 1 bedroom 1 bath, fully furnished cottage with private entry.

Very spacious beautiful California themed home with private entry from the main home. Fully furnished with all amenities. Open kitchen and family room with vaulted ceiling. Kitchen has a full size refrigerator and table that seats 4. There is also a full sized sleeper sofa pull out bed and a 65" flat screen TV. There are French doors that open up to the pool area with lounge chairs and hanging string lights. Large master bedroom with frosted glass doors that slide into the wall to provide even more room and ambiance. The master bedroom window looks over our small vineyard, where we grow Cabernet Sauvignon grapes in front of the house. It also features a comfortable Tempur-Pedic adjustable bed. The bathroom is very spacious with a large walk-in closet, a large washer/dryer combo and a beautiful large walk-in shower. There is a comfortable sitting area in the front overlooking the vineyard. There is also a lounging area out back by the pool, with access to a gas grill. Perfect for BBQing and watching our spectacular California sunsets! We're only 20 minutes from beautiful Livermore wine country with 53 wineries, Lake Del Valle & the San Francisco Premium Outlets. 40 minutes from the Oakland Zoo & 60 minutes from San Francisco. And only 60 minutes from the iconic Napa Valley & so many more historic, scenic places to see & visit!

Lovely beach theme cottage! Clean, well decorated, cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed our time in Tracy.Any questions we had, the owners responded quickly.The only negative thing that i can say is the combo washer/dryer unit takes a really long time to complete a load of laundry.I'd highly recommend this property.

We couldn’t have asked for more accommodating hosts, location, and HOME away from home! We spent a lot of time by the pool and just enjoyed the solitude. We were also able to travel to Napa Valley, and to Walnut Grove and Locke, and of course visited a local vineyard. We definitely plan on coming back!!!!

The comfort and creative surrounding so welcoming.

Everything was put together very nicely. Everything we needed was in their place. The owners shared their love of the sea and the places they’ve travelled to as displayed in the clean decor. We celebrated Thanksgiving enjoying the pool and palm tree view.

This is a lovely property with everything one would need for comfort and aesthetic enjoyment. Unfortunately I became ill shortly after arrival and although the accommodation was comfortable, I needed to go home to recover. I would absolutely book in the future with Greg and Terri.

Amazing Cottage!

This cottage is beautiful - the attention to detail in the decor is top notch! Teresa and Greg are wonderful hosts and lovely people. The french ddors open to the pool and patio area that has loungers perfect for soaking up some sun. The bed is a very comfy Tempurpedic that adjusts and massages. The bathroom is spacious with big fluffy towels and a walk in closet. This is by far one of the best places I have rented through vrbo.

Beautiful refuge for a difficult trip

Teresa & Greg are the best hosts! Responsive to my requests and comforting for my broken heart. The guesthouse is so cozy & the location is quiet (I had no sleep interruptions). If I find myself back in CA, I hope this home is available again. I will not hesitate to try to reserve it!! Thank you for your fantastic hospitality!

We built the guesthouse ourselves & tried to put everything we love about California in it. We are a self employed couple that appreciates all that California has to offer so centrally located around us. We love boating, the beach, the mountains, wine tasting, the city, white water rafting, hiking, camping & so much more!

This neighborhood is very family oriented with numerous parks within walking distance. Perfect for families & walks around the block! It's centrally located in Tracy, close to I-580 & I-5. Close to downtown, entertainment, restaurants & shopping.

What makes this property unique

Our beautiful California themed cottage is bright & open & very spacious. It has a sitting area in the front that overlooks our small vineyard. There’s a breezeway that separates the main house & cottage, with a private entry for our guests. The kitchen & living area open up with French doors to the backyard pool area; which features lounge chairs, bbq, outdoor sitting & eating areas. There’s a fire pit for use with outdoor string lights that add the perfect ambiance to your evenings, so you can watch our gorgeous sunsets poolside.
We have fast, easy access to I-580 & I-5 with 4 airports to choose from. Which gives easy access to an abundance of popular destinations & California attractions.
Airports: San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose & Sacramento.
