Are you a sports or health enthusiast? Are you a foodie? Are you in need of a relaxing clean place to lay your head?
We are across the street from a brand new linear park that runs along the lovely canal adjacent to the FIU campus. Exercise away!!! You can take walks, run, jog or use the equipment running along the park and have a wonderful time.
We are in proximity to some of the most delicious mom and pop restaurants and fine dining cuisine in South Florida. We are a short drive from some of the most delicious eating spots found on many of the food network shows.
Our neighborhood is in the city of Sweetwater with many families and, in the last few years, home to a huge FIU student population. The mix of generations is a pleasant and wonderful experience. A college town feel with a family vibe.

We have made this our priority! YOU WILL FEEL very comfortable here! This home is clean and HOMEY at the same time. Please leave your shoes at the door in the acrylic shelf so that we can maintain the freshness and cleanliness of our home.
Additionally, our home It is centrally located and a hop skip and a jump from all important locations in Miami and really South Florida you might be interested in. (FIU) Florida International University is literally across the street but (UM) University of Miami is only 22 minutes away.
MAJOR shopping malls are all in proximity. DOLPHIN MALL, INTERNATIONAL MALL, 9-10 minute drive and Dadeland Mall 20 minutes.
With proximity to major highways, everything is easy to get to by car. UBER and LIFT are always available in our area. We have used Turo in the past and had a great experience renting cars easily where they drop them off and pick them up at your leisure.
Little Havana is 20 minutes away and the Everglades is 40 minutes from Casita Sweetwater so you can visit Everglades National Park in the opposite direction.
Coral Gables and Venetian Pool are 22 minutes away. The Miami Dade County Youth Fair is 5 minutes away by car as in FIU.
IF you want to stay in enjoy the weather or go out and experience Miami, the location is EASY to go anywhere you like.
