Cozy family home in quiet area, nice garden views.

Relax with your entire family, group or company of your choice at this spacious home. Renovated bathrooms.
Plenty of green spaces. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, ample kitchen, dinning room, living room, social area with multigames table: pool/Ping-pong. TV multimedia room.
Quite neighborhood. only one street entrance, cul-de-sac / bay, with a nice green front yard as well.
Barbecue.
Fruit trees.
The space
Safe, clean and ample spaces to enjoy the stay. Hurricane proof impact windows and doors all around!
Game room with table pool, Ping-pong, and Air Hokey.
Dinning, living area, TV/multimedia room. easy to access expressways to do day trips to different locations during your visit to Flordia.
The house features a full kitchen, 3 bedrooms with bedding for 2 people each, so we can host 6 people if using only the bedrooms, plusbther is a sofa bed and a futon, one in each of the 2 livibg rooms. There are 2 full bathrooms.
Barbecue.

Small jumping board is in the garage, you can move it to the backyard for kids to play, please bring it back to the garage when it is not being used. a bicycle is also in the garage, feel free to use it and bring it back inside when finished riding.
There a surveillance camera outside by the entrance door for safety.

Comfortable, clean accommodation. Nice quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated our host, Jorge, being forthcoming in answering our questions. Overall, it was a good stay. Would recommend.

Amazing! The house was so clean and the beds were so comfortable and the host is so accommodating! He’s also very good with communication and we were able to talk to one another about our stay even though it was just one night! I couldn’t recommend him enough! He’s the best, this house is fabulous, it’s and a perfect corner of Miami where it is very friendly, friendly, and it is just absolutely gorgeous outside! Well, inside and outside, lol. Thank you so much for a great time George!

Great house

Very clean and neat. Perfect for the kids I brought (all boys ages 13). The neighborhood is quiet. And Jorge was very responsive. Overall we enjoyed our time and loved the house.

Great home and Outdoor Space

I had a wonderful stay at this charming neighborhood house while I was doing home renovations. Jorge our host, was incredibly accommodating, and the house itself was spacious and clean. We especially loved the large backyard, perfect for our dogs to play in. The location was ideal, with plenty of restaurants and shops just a short drive away. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!”

Spacious house near nice Miami airport

We all enjoyed this 3 bedroom, 2 bath house. Parking was in the driveway. It has a keycode to get in. Nice, large living room. Has a large backyard with seating. We were very pleased with this property and would stay again if in the area.

Family reunion

The house was really clean and had everything we needed. It was in a good location for what we needed. The backyard was huge, although we didn’t get to use it as our doggie didn’t end up coming with us. Jorge was very easy to reach.

Worst Vrbo Experience

Booked with Jorge and nothing was an issue till I walked into the house. Both the bathrooms had no towels or toilet paper set out and ready. Expect to start the shower 30-45 mins before you want to get in or it will be cold. Host promised me discounted rate and never sent it. House is definitely not the best quality with cracked tiles throughout the house and mix matched tiles. Host will be watching you 24/7 when you are there so you have 0 privacy. After leaving host requested money for issues that weren’t even from us. If I was to come back to Miami I would definitely not book with Jorge.

Long term family stay

Jorge’s property was absolutely a dream for me and my family. My wife, our pup and I stayed for about 3 months preparing for and finally welcoming our new addition and Jorge has been nothing but accommodating. The pictures are accurate, the neighborhood is a dream for families and long term stays, the space is beautiful and super ample if traveling with a pet. My family couldn’t have asked for a better property and property owner!

Family Spring Break

10/10. Place was very clean. Jorge was great to communicate with. House was nice with stuff on site for the kids to play with. Back yard was awesome for the kids as well. Quiet neighborhood, but close to plenty of stores and restaurants. Bonus was the constant planes in sight that my kids loved, but far enough away that the noise was minimal. Absolutely recommend for any vacation, especially if traveling with young children. Thank you for the great time!
