This spacious condo is located on True Blue Golf Course just minutes from the beautiful Pawleys Island beach. The home is designed to provide guests with a comfortable and relaxing retreat, featuring multiple pools and hot tubs within the resort, with one located just steps away from the condo. Other amenities include a tennis court, pickleball court, an on-site restaurant, bar, pro shop, and a golf school offering lessons from professionals.
This home is perfect for avid golfers, families, beach lovers, and snowbirds, with easy access to Pawleys Island Beach and Litchfield beaches, festivals, attractions, amusement park rides, parks, shopping, fine and casual dining, historic plantation tours, bike trails, and world-class golf courses. The charming atmosphere of Pawleys Island provides guests with a laid-back attitude, while being close enough to enjoy all the excitement and action that Myrtle Beach has to offer. Charleston is also just 70 miles south of Pawleys Island, making for a fun day trip.
Pinehurst at True Blue includes a comfortable living room with Smart TV and patio access, a dining room that seats 6 and additional seating at the breakfast bar, and a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, updated full-sized stainless appliances, pots, pans, utensils, and small appliances.
The Master Suite features a king bed, private bath, patio access, comfortable mattress, TV, large dresser, and walk-in closet. The second bedroom also has a king bed, comfortable mattress, TV/DVD, dresser, and closet. The third bedroom features one full bed and one twin bed, comfortable mattresses, TV, dresser, and closet. There are two full baths and a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer.
Guests can enjoy the golf course view from the screened patio, which also features seating and ceiling fans. A charcoal BBQ grill is located just outside the patio. Bed linens, towels, Wi-Fi, cable TV, and are provided, as well as starter bathroom basics. Free parking is available, but commercial vehicles, campers, trailers, boats, and motorcycles cannot be parked overnight.

Our family has been vacationing in Pawleys Island for over 30 years and try to get Pawleys Island as often as possible. We have enjoyed bringing family and friends to Pawleys Island over the years to share the beauty and laidback lifestyle of the place we have come to love so much. Now that we are retired my husband and I are able to spend quite a lot of time here. We enjoy the beach, golf, fishing and the relaxed southern lifestyle Pawleys Island offers.
Why they chose this property
This is our second condo in True Blue. We thought we could rent our place out when we were not there to help defray expenses, as it has turned out, we are rented so often we decided to buy another unit so we would always have one or the other to stay when we want to visit. We have been so happy with how beautiful and clean the grounds at True Blue are kept and the location is ideal we knew our 2nd condo had to be in True Blue as well.
What makes this property unique
Our home is not your average vacation rental, it is our home away from home. We have created a comfortable, relaxed home for ourselves and our guest to enjoy. The location is great for all the activities along the Grand Strand, minutes from Myrtle Beach, Murrells Inlet, Surfside Beach and just an hour and a quarter from Charleston. The beach is just a 5 minute drive and along with True Blue there are multiple top rated golf courses nearby, 1 golf course in Pawleys Island and over 100 within a short distance. On site there are multiple pools, tennis, golf , the golf academy for lessons from the pros and the clubhouse offers a fully stocked pro shop, restaurant and bar.
