The room appeared to be clean. However, the coffee maker still had water in the reservoir and the coffee pod was still in it from a previous stay. Prior to using the coffee maker, we removed the pod and poured clean water through it and the water that came out was a light brown. it should also be noted that there was a clear jar with some substance that we could not identify next to the coffee maker. It had a date on it of October 1. It looked like dried mushrooms, but again we could not identify it.In addition, it took about five minutes to get hot water to come through the bathroom sink and shower. It should be noted that there was a green liquid in a dispenser, maybe watered down shampoo or body soap in the shower. The bathroom sink had a a Dial hand soap to use. Those were the only two available cleansing items. Guest should be informed to bring your own cleansing toiletries. That would include body soap, face soap, shampoo, and conditioner. It should also be noted that this specific room did not have a window. So daylight never showed. In addition, the Seneca Police Department called us the following morning on our first night to let us know that we needed to move the car. We had not been informed that they were going to be doing maintenance on the street that morning and we should not be parking in front of the building. They were very nice to call us and let us know and helped us relocate our vehicle.
