This is a private condominium, with several other residential units. There are no shared amenities for the building, only shared common areas that include the lobby and the stairwells. Our lovely historic building was also built in the 1920’s and has many original features—with that, it lacks some of the insulation that we are used to today. This means that you may hear neighbors above or beside you occasionally. You might also hear cars drive by outside. To reduce any noises for lighter sleepers, we have an industrial fan and also provide ear plugs/eye masks during your stay.

Super cute and very convenient to waterfront, museums, restaurants and breweries.Host was very responsive to inquiries and had excellent check in and check out insteuctions
The apt. was beautifully decorated and guest needs were anticipated above and beyond expectations. It was a terrific experience and right in the middle of downtown Elizabeth City.
Even though we didn’t get to spend much time there, it was the perfect place for our trip to visit family in NC and Virginia. We absolutely loved it and plan to stay here again in the future.
The property was beautiful and located close to restaurants. Only problem was with the information on the Internet that was two years old about what was going on in Elizabeth City. We were very happy with the condo.
Excellent location to downtown restaurants, breweries, activities. Detailed instructions w pictures made easy access and stress free. The inside and furnishings had great character and beautifully appointed. Online pictures didn't do it justice, you need to see it for yourself.
Comfortable and beautiful space!! Hubby, baby, and I enjoyed staying here. Night life looked fun! But we didn’t partake this time. The space was plenty quiet throughout the weekend and we were thankful to have a peaceful getaway while visiting family. Thank you for a wonderful time!
This condo is perfect for anyone's stay in Elizabeth City. Location in downtown is convenient to everything and walkable to most highlights. Condo is spacious and comfy. Would definitely stay again.
Property as described. Great location. Gave us the space to host family and also relax quietly. Clean, comfortable. The only distraction was street noise at night.
We had a nice stay, and it was convenient for us. Everything worked and was clean.
It is a busy area on the weekends, but it is quiet at night.

I am from this lovely area! I am not local now, but have local assistance, should you need anything. Although I am a few hours away, my heart loves this part of the state because of its rich history and beautiful scenery. There is nothing quite like a northeastern North Carolina sunset!

What makes this property unique
The location and historic nature set this VRBO apart from others. You cannot beat the walkability to restaurants, shops, entertainment, and the waterfront!
