A large dining table easily accommodates ten guests. Our famous "Pay-It-Forward" pantry is stocked with spices and staples—please feel free to use and replenish.
• Comfortable Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Five bedrooms offer comfortable accommodations—three with king-size beds, one queen, and a bunk room with full over full bunk. Each bedroom includes a Samsung Smart TV. Three full bathrooms provide ample space and convenience, two with walk-in showers.

• Resort-Style Heated Pool: Cool off in the stunning 35' zero-entry heated in-ground pool (heated March 15th-October 15 to 85°F). Enjoy pool volleyball and soak up the sun poolside. A new fire pit (guests to supply firewood) and a putting green provide extra entertainment.
• Multiple Decks: Enjoy panoramic views from four spacious decks—perfect spots for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, or simply relaxing and enjoying the sounds of the ocean.
• Convenient Beach Access: Steps from your private backyard is easy access to the beautiful North Topsail Beach. We provide beach chairs and a wagon for your convenience. Two public beach accesses are each a 5-minute walk away, and an inlet access is also nearby.
• Dog-Friendly: Well-behaved, crate-trained dogs are welcome (additional $250 refundable pet fee per dog, maximum two dogs; must be disclosed and approved prior to booking. No other pets permitted).

Amazing week in an amazing house

What a great family vacation we had ! House was in a great location and was stocked with so many amenities. Our granddaughters loved the pool and the video games. The backyard was great to hang out in and we liked that it was fenced in. We had our youngest granddaughter ( 6 months) with us and really appreciated the high chair provided. Thank you for hosting us. I’ll definitely rebook if we come back to Topsail and will check out your other properties.

Perfect family getaway

the house was just as described. It had plenty of space, was clean and well taken care of. I have never stayed in a house were the kitchen was stocked with anything you ever could need. Plenty of everything. Loved the pool and all the outdoor toys. Location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach. Perfect stay.

Relaxing Family Getaway

My family had a wonderful stay at Tickled Pink! The check-in process was easy, the house was clean and beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed (and more) for a comfortable and fun long weekend away. It was one of the nicest houses we have stayed in on Topsail - plus our dog loved the private, fenced-in yard! We would love to come back again in the future.

Wonderful stay!

This place is amazing! It's very close to the beach and has a private pool (where we spent most of our time.) The house is immaculate with comfy furniture, a great kitchen, and smart TVs all over. Also, Christine was super proactive with anything we needed and always available via text. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for the absolute best house in North Topsail Beach!

This was a great house for our annual business planning retreat.The property is an easy walk to the beach. The heated pool was perfect as the ocean water was too cold but the pool was perfect. We would highly recommend! Very clean and beautifully decorated. Well stocked including pantry, games, beach towels, beach chairs! Enjoyed King size beds! The perfect pool for most all ages! Seniors might benefit from a handrail.

Beata and team were fantastic every step of the way. All communication was extremely fast and helpful. Everything listed was available and working properly. We had any and everything we needed in the kitchen and more towels than I've ever seen in a rental. We were SET! My kids are a little feral and broke a couple of items that we replaced, but they were so kind and understanding about it all. During such a stressful time in our family's life (being displaced due to a house fire), this was truly a breath of fresh air. We miss it there already! And if we could, we would've stayed longer! Thank you for making this so wonderful for us and our kids. Also, their cleaner is AMAZING and also very helpful! She was responsive and attentive to anything we needed. You don't find that a lot so I think it speaks volumes of what a great team they all make.

Mother’s Day get away!

To enhance the writing, you can try: Our tradition of spending Mother’s Day at the beach was interrupted when we moved from California to NC, leaving us longing for the beach life. However, Atlantic Beach exceeded our expectations; the house was just as advertised, and we had an incredible time. We’re already looking forward to returning in the future.

Everything you could want and more!

The pictures did not even do this house justice! In addition to the gorgeous rooms, everything you would want or need was provided. The heated pool was such a blessing given the crummy weather we had. The owner responded to all my messages quickly and checked in to make sure we were happy.
