Great family-friendly stay

We enjoyed our stay at the property very much. It was a perfect place for a family get-together. Our kids loved running around in the back yard, and we had enough space inside for everyone. The AC worked well and was nice and cool during a hot week. Close enough to things to do in Cape May and also walkable to the beach

Great Place

This is second time we rented this beach house. It’s close to the beach. It’s close to town. Parking is readily available. We highly recommend this house for a great family vacation.

Great place to stay! Clean, nicely furnished and very comfortable. Home away from home. Within walking or biking distance to beaches, restaurants, shopping and more. Hardly needed to use our car. Relaxation!

Everything about the property was excellent. The location from the beach was a short distance. The parking was ample especially for a beach town. The house was closely located to the center of town by taking a 15 minute stroll. Overall a full five star rating from the whole family. Thanks!!!!!!

Perfect little getaway in Cape May

This house was perfect for our friend's getaway weekend. The home was just as advertised, clean when we arrived and so cute! It was well equipped (soap in every bathroom, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, tin foil, etc.) The homeowners were also super quick to communicate with us when we encountered a small issue and also made sure to resolve it within one afternoon while we were out anyway. Just what we needed in a rental home and would highly recommend it!

Nicely maintained. Great for combo of people. Quiet neighborhood.

This property was a nice layout with room for our group of 6! An updated and nicely remodeled place. It was well supplied, clean, and comfortable. The owners were great at communication. Convenient access to the washer and dryer. While we didn’t need it, toys and books for kids. The master worked well for parents with some mobility issues. Three of the four rooms had ceiling fans. It’s a bit of a walk to the beach, and with elderly parents, we chose to drive down, but we’re able to find parking in July. I would recommend this place!

Amazing! Honestly best stay i’ve had yet!

From the cuteness of the house to the huge backyard, fully stocked kitchen and beach chairs we felt so at home! We were a large group and appreciated all the bedrooms and spacious living rooms and kitchen situation as well as great outdoor space! we brought our own corn hole and had plenty of space in the backyard! Truly one of the best stays i’ve had and the location to the beach and downtown are also perfect! (however if you have elderly or someone who cannot walk a lot i’d say keep in mind town is not SUPER close but still walkable.) Also loved that there was parking in a driveway as well as on the street and was never an issue for multiple cars. Lastly communication with Ron and Kim was excellent, they are so friendly and great but also an easy no contact check in and out! Highly recommend any of their properties

Ron & Kim Tupper bought their first Cape May house in 2000, and have since bought and renovated 10 more homes here in Cape May. Married more than 30 years, we and our two kids spend nearly every weekend of the year in Cape May, our favorite beach town! Our weekends in the off-season find us busy renovating, building, and putting our personal touches on every one of our properties so they are welcoming for every one of our tenants. Each weekend in the summer, we personally check on all of our properties between rentals, take care of the lawns, meet our new guests for the week, and make sure our tenants are all comfortable before we head to the beach for some sun and fun!
Kim grew up coming to Cape May for a week each summer, and then when we moved to Pennsylvania, we found ourselves in Cape May for a weekend each summer while we performed with the Chester County Concert Band (before we had kids of course!) We knew we wanted another place to call home, and Cape May was an easy decision.

We purchased this home in 2013 as some of our guests were asking for a larger home (we have 1, 2, and 3 bedroom places, but stopped renting our other 4-bedroom home in 2012 to use it ourselves). It is only 4 houses away from our home at 506 Reading Ave which is also one of our favorites.
