Featured in Dwell magazine and designed by famed mid-century modern architect Richard Neutra's proteges, this 1960's LA 4BR home has been fully renovated with up-scale finishes and sophisticated taste and flare throughout. Sitting on a perch at the end of a quiet street just beneath Beverly Glen Park, this 2-story home is minutes away from Sunset Blvd and Mulholland Dr. Its backyard offers expansive outdoor living with pool, spa, alfresco dining, perfect for relaxing while enjoying canyon views!

Situated on a tranquil street, tucked between the prestigious Holmby Hills and Bel Air neighborhoods, sits this beautifully designed mid-century modern masterpiece with beautiful canyon views from everywhere.

This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home offers nearly 2,900 sq ft of interior space spread out across two levels. The bottom floor features an open living and dining area flanked by a galley-style kitchen with bay window that overlooks the swimming pool. Sliding glass doors connect the living area to the wraparound patio with BBQ.

Upstairs, the large Master Suite features a King bed, private balcony with southeast views toward Bel Air and an adjoining seating area with fireplace, TV and space for exercising and working. The 2nd floor also features two Guest Suites. One has a Queen bed, TV, ensuite bath and a private balcony. The second Guest Suite has a King bed, TV, ensuite bath and a small private kitchen.

The 1st floor office/bedroom has a sofa bed (sleeps 2), TV, desk, chair, printer, and it can be used for an additional sleeping guest or as a quiet home office space.

The sparkling pool and spa are tucked alongside the home, maximizing privacy on the hilltop lot. The secluded outdoor area also includes an expansive shaded patio, a fire pit and seating area for enjoying colorful sunrises and sunsets.

Only minutes to Beverly Hills, UCLA, Brentwood, Sherman Oaks and The Glen Centre shops and restaurants, this home's location could not be more ideal.

RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS


Definitions:


"My People". Shall include myself, my spouse, legal partner, guests, invitees, licensees, children, wards, heirs, assigns, personal representatives and estate, if any.

NO REFUNDS - Even the best or newest home has equipment that may occasionally malfunction and cannot be guaranteed operational 100% of the time. We promise to act immediately to remedy any issues, however, we do not relocate or issue refunds due to malfunctioning equipment or any other guest dissatisfaction or due to construction noise or any other items out of our control, unless the home is considered uninhabitable.

- All rentals with 28+ nights require a rental agreement signed naming and identifying all adult occupants (must present valid ID).


No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.
- Please respect check-in and checkout times. Check-in: 4pm-10pm. Checkout: 11am
- Primary renter must be over the age of 25, have a fully verified profile and previous positive reviews inside Airbnb.
- The maximum occupancy for the property may not be exceeded at any time.
- Host may request a photocopy of renter's ID for verification before check-in.
- This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.
- Maintenance/Vendors schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. While we expect the schedule days and times to be
Tuesdays at or around 8-9am for Landscaping maintenance; Mondays at or around 8am for Pool/Hot Tub maintenance - that can change without notice to us. Guests should understand that such vendors must be able to access the home as well as service the property so we request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay.
- Absolutely no parties or loud music.
- This is a NON-SMOKING property.
- This is a pet-friendly spot. If you are allergic or don't like pets, this might not be a good fit!

PET POLICY:
- One adult dog up to 20lbs allowed. Cats are not allowed anytime.
- Dog must be house and potty trained and cannot be left alone or on furniture.
- Pet fee is required and non refundable
- Guest assumes full responsibility for all and any damage caused by the pet during the stay. Pet fee is not meant to cover accidents to carpets and/or furniture, nor picking up after your dog or excessive fur cleaning; pet owner will be held responsible for all and any damages.
- Please do not let your dog go in the pool to avoid additional charges.
- If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have to pay twice the pet fee or will have their reservation canceled immediately.

PET ETIQUETTE:
- Control their barking - if you have a loud dog, please never leave it in the home alone.
- Don’t let them treat everything like a fire hydrant (inside and outside the home).
- Play is fun, but silence is golden - be respectful of the neighbors.
- Keep them on leash while outside the home.
- Always pick up after your dog.
- Wash those paws and minimize bringing messes inside the home.


This Short Term Rental Agreement is between AIR CONCIERGE INC. (herein referred to as “Manager” or “Property Manager”) on behalf of and in accord with the Property Owner ("Owner") and you as Guest (or “Occupant” or “Renter”) of the date set forth on the reservation details confirmation noted on the confirmation which shall be received by the Parties via email as well as provided in the Airbnb.com software. For good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is acknowledged, the parties hereby agree as follows:


SMOKING: A $1000 fine will be charged to Occupant if there is any evidence of smoking inside or outside of the property within a 20’ radius of the property.


Fire and Fire Safety. Occupant is notified that the Property may be located in an area susceptible to fire, and as such Occupant agrees all conform with all applicable fire codes of any governmental authority, and ensure safe and reasonable use, management, and extinguishment of any fire places, bbq's, smoking (if permitted), fire pits and any other device or act involving the risk of fire. In the event Occupant discovers any fire related safety issues, Occupant shall immediately inform Manager and cease and desist immediately from undertaking, or continuing usage until inspection, remediation (if necessary) and written approval by Manager that use is permitted. Flammable substances and solids, such as gasoline, benzene, naphtha, cleaning fluids, explosives, and fireworks may not be used or stored on the Property. Lighted candles, incense, kerosene lamps, halogen lamps and tenant installed electric heaters may not be used in the Property. ALL COOKING MUST BE CONFINED TO DESIGNATED COOKING AREAS. Use of electrical appliances not provided with the Property, such as hot plates, heating coils, coffeepots, popcorn poppers, electric frying pans, toaster ovens, irons, and electric heaters are prohibited. Storage or placement of any items (including trash, bicycles, boxes, furniture, etc.) in public areas such as corridors, stairwells, or balconies is prohibited.
