Featuring midcentury architecture, this tranquil retreat is located on the border of Beverly Hills and Bel air. It has been designed to offer its guests all the comfort and pleasures of indoor/outdoor contemporary living. With an open floor plan surrounded by glass windows overlooking the pool and a lush green landscape, this is an idyllic space for entertaining or gathering.

The indoor property features an eclectic design, combining natural materials with contemporary finishes. There are high-end amenities such as central cooling and heating, cable TV, Apple TV, high-speed Internet, and Wi-Fi. The living space is beautifully complemented by a fine collection of Asian art and artifacts, a fireplace, and a calming water fountain feature.

The kitchen is well designed and fully equipped with top shelf gourmet appliances such as: Wolf Range, Sub-Zero refrigerator with built-in freezer, microwave, artisan copper mixer, toaster, panini press, Nespresso coffee machine, special cutlery and dinnerware, Bosch washer and dryer, and more.

The outdoor space features a manicured zen garden around a 33-foot heated swimming pool. For the sun-drenched loungers, there is a barbecue area with family-style alfresco dining on a 17-foot tree trunk table. Melt away the day’s stress by relaxing near the fire pit, while an oversized Buddha water fountain wirelessly streams music through the outdoor sound system.

Check out instructions: Please turn off all lights as well as AC. Separate regular trash as well as recyclables into separate trash bins.
Leave 2 set of key on the kitchen counter, place a 3rd key chain in side the lock box code:1917. (a lost key chain will result in $100.- charge).

Gorgeous home in serene setting

We were in town for graduation and rented this amazing home. It was incredibly well stocked and even more beautiful than the pictures. Check-in and all communication was easy. The street is very busy but you would never know once inside the home. The master is spacious but the other rooms are fairly small. I stayed in the non-master on the main level (the other is in a loft space) with my husband - although small, it was cozy and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing Oasis in the Heart of LA

We had the most wonderful stay at this property. The owner, Effi, was gracious and responsive. The property itself is pretty magical. The outdoor space is welcoming and relaxing. It was perfect for our family as one of the bedrooms is well removed from the common area so it can be dark and quiet for a baby. The house is also located a short ways from shops and restaurants making it easy to travel to and from. Would definitely stay again!

Gorgeous House and Grounds

This beautiful house is also comfortable and very well-equipped with everything you need. The patio, garden and pool are spectacular! The house is also very private and quiet and owner responds to any question within minutes. As a family group with a couple of people working remotely, and others watching tv or enjoying the pool and patio, we had plenty of space to spread out. We would stay here again with no hesitation!
