Lovely townhouse, close to beaches. Four adults were comfortable staying here. Access was easy & host was very responsive to questions before our visit started.

Wonderful place

We all enjoyed our visit. Place was clean, well taken care of and not far from things to do. Michael was very responsive to questions we had. Would definitely recommend!

Very nice and convenient condo

Condo was in a great location a few mins from stores and restaurants and a short drive from the beach. Park in reserved spots 15 feet from the door. Everything was clean and comfortable. Great place to stay.

Great Townhouse

Loved the property. Location was awesome for wedding at Wrightsville Manor. Everything was close, groceries, many restaurants, beach. Michael was a great host. Always prompt with responses. Very flexible when we asked to extend our time at the property. 100% we would stay here again. I’ve stayed at many VRBO’s and this was a great one.

We loved it

Great location and quiet. Short drive to Wrightsville Beach and most of Wilmington. The first floor bedroom was great for my 90 year old mother and she loved the screened in porch. Quiet neighborhood and close to loads of shopping. Everything was clean and as described on website. Would stay here again.

Great place and location

Thanks for offering a wonderful home in a great location! We hope to come back there next time! FYI if you have a cleaning lady, she may not have restocked before we got there ... we had to buy toilet paper, Tide, and dishwasher pods as everything was out.

Fantastic property - highly recommend

We had a fantastic stay at this condo right on the edge of Wrightsville Beach. Could not ask for a better location for going to both the beach and intown. The place is super cozy, the screened in back porch is very tranquil and relaxing, great place to do a little remote work or hanging out. Loved that there were beach chairs and an umbrella for the beach. After each full day, we came back and crashed on the big couch, watching movies on the streaming channels the host has set up. The host was very responsive and accommodating. There were some snacks and waters when we arrived - great touch! Would stay here again next time we come back.

Family Vacation 2025

The townhouse is nicely designed and decorated and in a lovely neighborhood. A couple of suggestions: investigate a more effective and efficient cooling system. Upstairs does not ever get cool enough. Sectional sofa needs to be replaced. Very uncomfortable. Provide a dining table and chairs so family can sit together at mealtime. Mattresses and box springs probably need replacing. Not much support. Unusual height of cabinets in bathrooms. Appear to have been designed for children. I know this seems like a lot of suggestions. Overall our family had a great time being together in a nice place. Thank you.
