Owner info

About the owner: My husband and I love the water. I often kayak from the front of the house around the island. We currently live in Tallahassee, Florida and have a dog that travels with us. The picture above is a deep sea fishing trip last year.

Why the Owner Chose Crawfordville, FL, USA:
After looking for years, we found this little cottage sitting in the trees. We immediately feel in love and have been down here for 10 years. The neighbors are wonderful and some live here year around.

The Unique Benefits at this House:
Our property is ocean front. You can launch a boat off our beach at high tides. In the mornings you will see the sunrise over the lighthouse while the dolphins play in the front. You can sit on the deck and watch the unlimited number of birds hunt. You can also walk along the beach at low tide to collect shells and dinner. Fish right out front for redfish, cobia and mullet. Overall, a wonderful beach experience!
