Beautiful Oasis With Private Pool/Spa/2 King Beds

Low nightly rate is because HOA prohibits rentals of less than 30 days. Palm Springs condo with its own private pool and spa. Ground floor has a desk for working remotely, gas fireplace, 75 inch Smart TV, guest bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs are 2 large bedrooms; One with a king bed & TV and the second bedroom with a California king bed, Each has with a private ensuite bathroom. Condo is located close to restaurants and sights such as museums, shopping and the famous tram. There is an additional charge for heating the pool and spa. For spa heating only there is a discounted charge of $200 per month. For heating both pool and spa, there is a discounted charge of $500 per month.

Great Place, Great Location

This is a great property! The pool, hot tub, and house are perfect. The house is very comfortable. Walking distance to downtown is 15 minutes. I will stay here again for sure!
