320sqm house on 2 floors with 3 bedrooms on the upper floor, 1 suite with a whirlpool bath, 1 washroom, 2 living rooms with 1 fireplace in each room, pantry with space for 6 people, full kitchen with wood stove, stove conventional, refrigerator, freezer and microwave and dining room with integrated barbecue, with table for 8 people.
It is on a 4.000m² plot with a beautiful landscape and soccer field.
House well decorated, with complete set of dishes and great condition.
Separated from the main house, there is a home for the caretakers that are available if requested, the caretaker can clean and cook.

Estive na casa com minha família no Ano Novo e posso afirmar que a estadia foi excelente. A casa é muito limpa, organizada e tudo funciona perfeitamente. Os quartos, banheiros e salas são grandes e espaçosos. O casal de caseiros nos atendeu muito bem todos os dias em qualquer horário, estando sempre à disposição e deixando a casa sempre limpa e organizada. A localização também é muito boa, pois fica num local lindo e com muito verde para apreciar, e para chegar ao centro de Campos do Jordão de carro é fácil de rápido. O proprietário Fernando também foi muito atencioso e honesto. Recomendo muito a casa a famílias ou amigos que queiram passar ótimos dias em meio a natureza. Obrigado.
