The road in is very rough, if you do not have an SUV you will damage your car. Other than that everything is absolutely wonderful about this cabin. It's comfortable, cozy and located near plenty of great places to eat.

We had a great stay! The house was close to a family event we were going to. It was very cozy and my only regret is that we didn't have a chance to use the sauna!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. It is off the beaten path, so it was quiet & peaceful. The house was equipped with everything we needed. The gravel road coming in is in rough shape, but it's only for 1/4 mile. The staircase going up to the loft is a bit narrow, but I'm 6'3" & I was able to manage it without any problems. I would definitely stay here again.

If cozy were a picture in the dictionary, this house would be it. It was comfortable for our family of five. We especially liked the breakfast nook and loft space. It felt as if we were staying in the home of a treasured relative. The backyard is peaceful. The road leading to the home is narrow, ungraded and bumpy. Just be prepared to take your time and drive carefully. It'll be part of the adventure.

The cabin was nice but the road in was rough. If you do t have a truck or SUV, you will bottom out in a car. The water had a severe supper smell the first 2 days and the septic had a horrible smell if you ran the washer or flushed the toilet. There was a slight ant problem so don’t leave anything out uncovered for more than 20 mins

Air condition was in working order, but we were confused with the note that it is not working and we have to use space hitters. When we try space hitters it was not working , but air conditioner was . Kitchen has everything we need. Rooms were clean.

Very cool place. Just as advertised. Clean and comfortable. Well furnished and creatively decorated. Had everything we needed for a weekend stay. Well thought out use of space makes it feel bigger than it is.

The house was nice. The neighbor stood outside when we arrived late the first night and watched is park. The road leading to the house is very rough like previously stated in other reviews.

Very cute cabin

We were welcomed with a very comfortable and cute cabin, out in the country and private. As we enjoyed the Sauna we got to see deer. Our host was very helpful and even had a welcoming gift for us! We would definitely stay here again!

Quiet getaway

Lovely little cabin in a quiet area but not far away from everything. Weather didn’t let us enjoy the fire pit or sauna but rest of the cabin was great for the rainy days.

Property was as described and owner was very sweet. Parking is VERY tight for more than one car and the neighbors were clearly annoyed about having a rental nearby. Worked well for what we needed (family trip to Legoland) once we got inside!

It's a very cute cottage and it fit our needs. The road getting there was quite rough, our van scraped on the bottom a few times, but the property itself was great. And she was a very attentive host, she replied right away when we had questions.Thank you very much!

Nicely decorated and stocked cabin. It has a bi-level living /dining room. Host was very accommodating and friendly. Check in was easy. Some minor maintenance is needed and road going in is very rough with pot holes. Neighbors are close and not so quiet during our stay. Overall it was sufficient for our needs and location was convenient.

Cute rustic cabin

We had a peaceful stay here while we were in town for a few days.The cabin was very cute, clean, and the neighborhood/ neighbors were very quiet. The steps into the bathroom and bedroom were illuminated and the upstairs loft was a cool getaway for our teenager.Recommend taking a bigger vehicle that can take a rough gravel road.

Relaxing Cabin Stay Visiting West Point

We enjoyed our weekend stay at this cute cabin. It was very clean and as advertised. The host was great and very responsive. My wife enjoyed the sauna and we weren’t able to use the fire pit due to rain.

Hidden Gem

This cabin was so cozy, the property itself is wonderful, the lottle porch was grwat having coffee, there is a larger deck for eating and lounging. Every little detail is really covered. Excellent stay. We will be back!!

Great Cabin

The cabin, the property in and out is beautiful and cozy. The only problem is the road at Higgins Trail is an open road , many potholes and stones so that is a problem getting in and out if you need to go out a few times in a day.

Cozy cabin with great amenities! We did not get a chance to use the firepit, but would have loved to. Very responsive owner. This is a good address to keep for future getaways!
