The home was cute. Bring your slippers and watch for uneven floors. The hot tub jets did not work and there was visible particles floating in the water. Sleepinh was difficult due to the noise of the train horns and big rig traffic on the hwy.

This property is a good value. It’s not “fancy”, but it’s clean, has everything that we needed, plus a hot tub…which we just didn’t have time to use…and everything works. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing place to stay!

The cottage was quite spacious and had a lot of great ammenities. The place was very clean. The place was warm and cozy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone staying in the Oakridge area :)

Cozy cottage

The cottage was a nice getaway for my husband and I. Slow area which is nice coming from a busy city. Had great communication with host when I had a question.

Great little spot

A little gem just a little out of 'town' but since there's not much to town that doesnt matter. Clean, well appointed, hot tub and laundry facilities. The perfect spot for a mountain bike get away! Do it!

Cute house

House very cute and clean. Location is off hwy 58 out of town. Can hear cars driving by, and shots from gun range in the morning. Overall stay was really nice. Would stay again.

Charming cottage

Great location, Matt (host) very helpful! Kitchen/dining area are huge! Beds more then comfortable. Close to town, parks and river. Will look to book with Matt every time we come to Oakridge!

Recharge Ready

This is a cute vintage location in a tree covered area. We enjoyed that it was just down the way from a small store, where they have freshly made food. The hot tub was very clean, and it was perfect because you were around trees and could hear the river bubbling, very relaxing. The host was extremely easy to contact, and the shower pressure was AMAZING! Perfect get away to celebrate my birthday :)

Nice little place close to town and outdoor activities. No wifi was a downer, but doable. Upstairs may be a bit uncomfortably hot in the summer time. All-in-all a fine place.

Nice clean cozy place

Great little house. Very clean. Comfy bed. Was worried about street noise from the hwy being kinda close but barely noticed it. Tv downstairs only has a dvd player with a small library of movies. Kitchen nice could use a microwave. Good water pressure in the shower nice hot water. Enjoyed the hottub out back. Not sure how to get to the river it was really far down an embankment. Sounded lovely though. Everything you need but could use some tweaking. Overall pretty nice.

Ghetto house

The house was clean on the inside but the outside and surrounding area was a dump. Trash and crap everywhere. The house is still being remodeled but the AC worked great. There’s no cell service, cable, internet, or landline. There’s no river access. We didn’t use the hot tub because it looked dirty and not maintained.

We only make 69 for 2 bedrooms. Neighboring houses have a new owner and they really cleaned it up. The owners have put a lot into this place. Is the best deal in the area.

Rental not clean

Our vrbo reservation was “lost” by manager. Rental was not prepared for guests. We arrived late in evening from out of town and had to make it work for the night. Manager did reach out to us via camera and text. A refund was offered but not delivered upon. This property is at best a “work in progress”. Roof was covered by a tarp in places. Driveway was muddy with a man lift parked in drive. Dust and dirty floors. I’m not able to recommend the property rental especially as our vrbo reservation wasn’t accounted for.

Good location

The property itself is beautiful and has an amazing view! The house is a cute cozy house with cute décor. We stayed for 1 night and enjoyed it. During the day there is shots due to a near by shooting range and it’s right off the highway but that didn’t bother us. The house appeared clean yet wasn’t where it really mattered there was hair in the shower and it could use a really good deep clean. The bed had hair and we chose to use our own bedding. There is no microwave which was very inconvenient and no dishwasher. There is no screens in the window and a lot of bugs outside yet this wasn’t a problem for us. The hot tub was very nice and clean yet the jets didn’t work but that didn’t bother us. I imagine the view of the stars are very nice on clear nights. Just to mention the house doesn’t have the best lighting yet this didn’t bother us. The stairs are very steep and lead to a cute attic add on which has 1 small bed room and a kids room. There was lots of things for entertainment and has something for all ages. 2 T.V.s, a record player w/records, games, and toys. Overall it was a great house and a great visit and we plan to go back.

Check the mattress. Filthy. Disgusting. The worst I Ve ever seen.

We got there, the first hour no instructions for WiFi, no router seen , that was nothing. Stated to feel fleas jumping on our arms while on the living room couch, went to check the beds and OMG, the nastyness dirty mattress I have seen. I immediately called VRBO and requested cancelation. They okay the cancellation, they required pictures and videos, so I sent them. Spend the night on the floor since we were driving from Arizona and were tired, and now VRBO doesn't want to give me a refund because supposedly the cleaningness is not covered under their cancellation policy . Can you believe that. I will never book through VRBO. And I will post in social media what it is happening to me and I will include the evidence. I advise you all to stay away from VRBO.

We couldn't find any flees, but just in case. The home has been spot cleaned and a new mattress just in case. You did mention that you wanted to cancel before your arrival and continue south.

You pay what you get

Got in late and there was no key as directed in the online directions. Had to call, luckily they answered and gave a code to get in. The bathroom toilet, sink and shower was not clean. The table in the living room was dirty. The sheets and pillows in both beds were not comfortable at all. Both ended up sleeping in sleeping bags on top of beds. Paper taped up as blinds, super cheap. No cleaning supplies or detergent. Less than a full roll of toilet paper. Garbage everywhere outside on property. The hot tub water was a light yellow, did not use. No privacy as it is right on the busy road coming into town. No river access. You can tell they are trying but it needs a lot of work and just basic cleaning. If you don’t mind all this, stay here. I would not rent again. It is a cheap place to stay, but you get what you pay for in this one…maybe less.

We refunded you, as the listing wasn't supposed to be live. An error in their code made it live when we made an update. We were working on the place. You got a free stay. Can't complain about that.
