GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to the Penthouse Suite and its private balcony, the Spa Patio, the Ridge Patio, and the Beachfront Lounge Areas and Beach. The Penthouse Suite is in the same building as other units; however, it is a completely separate apartment with its own entry.

Private areas: The owners live in the apartment on the main floor straight down the main path. Additionally, the Garden Suite is a separate suite available for booking (vrbo.com/1993857) and is located adjacent to the owner's apartment on the bottom level next to the garden.

Note: The Garden Suite has a Garden Patio that features a gas grill, gas fire table, and chairs, and is for exclusive use of guests that book the Garden Suite. Please use the Penthouse private balcony with your own private gas grill, gas fire table, chairs, and lounge chairs.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Our check-in and check-out process is completely contactless with a smart keypad lock. Even though you may or may not meet us in person, we love providing recommendations for places to eat, drink, tour, and ways to enjoy the property and area! We’re thrilled to have the opportunity to host you and want to ensure your stay at the inn is nothing short of fabulous! I have stayed in quite a few rentals over the years and this easily makes the top five. In fact, if I were going to host a rental, this is exactly the way I would want to do it!Everything about it was next level, with lots of extras, like insulated hot and cold cups, sleep masks and earplugs, robes, Prosecco and fresh squeezed orange juice for mimosas in the fridge, sweet treats on the counter, and the list could go on.A dreamy location, and an extremely comfortable place to stay. We absolutely want to come back sometime when the weather is warmer and we can enjoy the place to its fullest!!

The Chico Bay Inn is Wonderful!

We were oh-so fortunate to discover the Chico Bay Inn on VRBO when we were planning a trip to the area. We stayed in The Penthouse Suite which was spectacular. Our accomodations were filled with subtle, tasteful touches and the room was spotless. We had the pleasure of meeting the property owner who is a sincere, genuine hostess. Oh how we hope to return!

We love Chico Bay & the owners! This was our third time booking Chico Bay and we will be back again. The Penthouse Suite has the best views! We could sit on the deck all day & night watching the wildlife. There is nothing the owners did not think of to make us feel at home. From the eggs, oj & Prosecco in the refrigerator to the blankets for outside on a chilly evening, the book full of recommendations of places to eat, visit and explore.... We look forward to our time in Washington every year to visit family, now we look forward to staying at Chico Bay! Thank you Chandra & Tyler!

Great stay!

We recently had the pleasure of staying in the Penthouse Suite for four weeks and we couldn’t have asked for better hosts than Tyler and Chanda. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome and were incredibly attentive to our needs. The accommodations were perfect - spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed to work during the week and relax on long weekends. The location was ideal, offering almost equidistant access to the three national Parks while providing a serene escape. We highly recommend staying here; it was truly a wonderful experience.

Spectacular Residence

The residence was just as described and even better in person. Best in class that I have seen to date. The decor, cleanliness and views were impeccable. The kitchen has top notch appliances and they even left some goodies for us for our stay. I would fully recommend this venue if you are looking to spoil yourselves.

A Hidden Gem!

We love Chico Bay! This is the second year we have stayed and the first Washington summer for me. The Penthouse Suite was everything we wanted & more! It's large, beautifully & skillfully decorated, welcoming, comfortable, and the view from the balcony - we enjoyed it EVERY DAY! Tyler & Chanda are so welcoming and accommodating. They have won our hearts over and we won't want to stay anywhere else when we are in WA.

Beautiful relaxing place.

We cannot control the weather but the place was beautiful despite. We made dinner in to enjoy the fire place inside and they left us stuff for breakfast so I didn’t want to do anything else. It was so clean and spacious yet cozy. I wanted to stay longer. Hopefully we can come back when there is better weather and take advantage of the kayaks and fire pits

Penthouse felt like home

Chico Bay Inn Luxury penthouse surpassed all our expectations. The location and view are fantastic. Close enough to amenities but far enough to be quiet & peaceful. The suite is so beautifully decorated right down to the tiny details. The robes, the coffee, fully equipped kitchen, deck with a million dollar view. Everything about this suite is amazing. We made use of the kayaks several times and were lucky enough to have a curious harbour seal check us out. Also watched 2 bald eagles eat dinner on the beach right in front of the suite. Chandra and Tyler were super friendly. The suite and hosts made our stay feel like home. Thank you!

JUST BOOK THIS❣️

The best experience we have ever had staying at a vacation rental. Super romantic place immaculate, breathtaking views of the Puget Sound from every window. Incredible deck right over the water, cute little Jacuzzi where the water changed colors in a darling garden setting, the place felt brand new, and the bed was super comfortable. Having the fireplace on at night in the master bedroom was very special while waking up in bed to the view of the ocean right outside our window. Everything was high-quality, roasted coffee beans ready to be ground, tea selection, beautiful pots and pans, dishes, etc. they even put together a welcome basket with two champagne glasses and a bottle of champagne ready to go in the fridge. Also a orange juice can in the freezer and six eggs in the fridge so after our very busy night of traveling, we did not have to go out to breakfast the next day. The shower heads in the master bath were incredible, separate claw tub, also the blue lighting in the bathrooms created a really cool mood. They even had a bidet! The hosts even had books explaining how to use everything with a great sense of humor on top of it. They were helpful when we had questions that weren’t related to staying there also. We will definitely be back because of all this great and modern place had to offer.

We also love traveling, eating/cooking great food, kayaking, listening to live music, spending time outdoors and meeting new people!
