Minutes from LSU! 3 bed 2 bath centrally located residential home.

NO SMOKING OR VAPING of any kind inside of the home. A clean centrally located residential home that is 5 miles to LSU, 1 mile to L’auberge casino, 3 miles to Mall of Louisiana, and 7 miles to downtown, and close to restaurants, shopping, interstate, and more. Come and enjoy this fully renovated ranch-style farmhouse with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths in a quiet neighborhood. A private fenced-in backyard is great for guests and pets. Sleeps 6-8 guests. Air mattress provided if needed.

3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms consist of one primary bedroom with private access to the back patio, an en-suite bathroom, and two bedrooms that share a bathroom. All three bedrooms include queen beds, nightstands, and lamps with charging stations. The kitchen consists of a refrigerator, induction cooktop, double ovens, microwave, toaster, blender, air fryer, and Keurig.

The entire home is available for guests. Except for the storage closet outside and the locked storage closet in the laundry room. Carport and driveway are available and combined and can fit at least 6-8 cars. Guests can check in using the lock keypad on the front entry.

This place is meticulously cleaned before and after each stay. The kitchen and bathrooms are well equipped for long and short-term stays with linens, pillows, towels, etc. All toiletries the host provides can be taken home with guests when checking out. Televisions are logged into streaming platforms for your stay.

The exterior of the home includes security cameras. Guests are provided check-in information sent on the day before check-in. Not far away from the location so I am available if anything is needed.

We came to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from LSU. It was so nice to be able to stay in a beautiful modern home. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook while we were there. Communication with the host was also very good.

Here to celebrate my mom’s life with family. We were able to get where we needed easily. Found a great restaurant only a couple of miles and enjoyed eating there.

We came in to town for an LSU football game and booked this home since it is 5 miles from the stadium. It is one of the most immaculately cleaned rentals that we have stayed in and the beds and linens were super comfortable. Photos are exactly as the home appears very updated and modern. The host also left amenities in the kitchen and in the bathroom which was so nice. The host also was very easy to contact and checked in on us during our stay to make sure we were comfortable. The home is also 3 miles from Mike Andersons Seafood, which is one of the best restaurants in Baton Rouge.We enjoyed our visit very much.

Such a lovely place!

We were so delighted when we entered the property. He kitchen and main room are appealing to view, and so are the bedrooms. We were very comfortable here! Access to LSU sports facilities was easy and a fast trip.

Sports Family Stay

The perfect home for a family from out of town. The house is centrally located to everything in Baton Rouge. The host, Kia is amazing! Kia is easy to communicate with and wants to make sure the guests are enjoying their stay. The house is very clean, comfortable and welcoming. We are so grateful we found the perfect place to stay.

Family vacation

I highly recommend this property. It is in a nice neighborhood that is very quiet. It is close to any part of the city you would want to visit. One of the most clean and well taken care of homes we have stayed in. The communication is great and the owner is very helpful with anything you need. A+ in my book!

Great property & location to LSU

We enjoyed this location and house so much. Everything was very nice and set up great. We visited LSU and NOLA. It was about 15 minutes to LSU and it’s about 10 minutes to great places to eat. The property owner was great and responded within minutes to every message. They provided snacks, coffee, lots of towels and wash clothes (so you didn’t have to wash towels constantly), toiletries! We will be staying here again in the future!

Perfect and clean

Our stay was perfect and clean. The check in process was simple. The house was very well maintained and very clean. One of the best I've ever seen. Thr location was perfect as well. We were in town for a baseball tournament and the trounament fields were less than 5 minutes. LSU campus was close and even with traffic due to a high profile game we made it to the field in less than 15 minutes. All stores and activities are within 20 minutes depending on what you want to do. Cant say enough positive things about the house, location, and cleanliness!

La maison est très belle et bein tenue. La cuisine est très bien équipée. La literie est confortable. Le quartier est calme. On peut stationner la voiture très facilement devant la maison. Je recommande vivement.
