Perfect home base for everything Coachella Valley has to offer. Just bring your suitcase because the host has thought of everything! One small pet allowed per owner approval with $250 nonrefundable deposit.

Coral Mountain Homes are La Quinta's premier living experience combining modernism & Balinese design. It is a quiet and private community with beautiful views of The Santa Rosa Mountain Range.
Home is approx. 2800 square feet. 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths. All bedrooms are ensuites with spacious walk-in showers. Sleek Italian kitchen cabinets with a grand center island. Large indoor and outdoor living areas. Media room for the movie enthusiast. Resort style courtyard complete with private pool. Gated community with a walking path and bocce ball.
The best way to get around is by car, bike or uber. The music festival entrance - 5 minutes away. PGA West Golf Course - 6 min away. Indian Wells Tennis Garden - 10 miles away. Palm Springs Airport - 43 min drive. Garage parking for 2 cars. Driveway for 2 additional cars. 4 townie bicycles available for use during your stay.
Owner pays HOA dues, pool cleaning and gardening. Tenant responsible for heated pool if desired $50 per day. (heating in summer months not needed)
