Home is approx. 2800 square feet. 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths. All bedrooms are ensuites with spacious walk-in showers. Sleek Italian kitchen cabinets with a grand center island. Large indoor and outdoor living areas. Media room for the movie enthusiast. Resort style courtyard complete with private pool. Gated community with a walking path and bocce ball.

The best way to get around is by car, bike or uber. The music festival entrance - 5 minutes away. PGA West Golf Course - 6 min away. Indian Wells Tennis Garden - 10 miles away.
