Este hermoso y moderno apartamento de 120 metros cuadrados 3 dormitorios se encuentra en la avenida Raymond Poincaré en el distrito 16, en el 3er piso de un edificio del siglo 20. Se pueden dormir cómodamente hasta seis personas con facilidad.

Fantastic Paris apartment

if you are looking for a high end, quiet neighborhood, an apartment that has modern bathrooms and up to date kitchen appliances, and is impeccably kept, this is it! in a city where most places are aging and feel outdated, this is a refreshingly clean cut and nicely decorated apartment. Kudos to the owner and managing staff!

Beautiful and spacious apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Secure building close to shops, restaurants and supermarkets. We could not have had a more enjoyable visit to Paris.

great family reunion

Nice spacious apartment to host a family reunion of 6. Great location w multiple stores and restaurants in the immediate neighborhood. Metro within 5 min walk either at Trocadero or V Hugo. Very Helpful property manager

Incredilbe home

This place was awesome. We loved how close it was to the Eifel Tower. We loved the neighborhood and all the great restaurants nearby. The next street over had lots of shops and right down the street was a grocery store and bakery. The home was beautiful and modern. Check in was easy.

This apartment is exactly as pictured. Front room is elegant with gorgeous art and accessories. Bedrooms roomy. Primary bath very nice. Half bath near kitchen handy. Kitchen small but kitted out. Owner and manager were responsive when needed. Loved the quartier. Could walk everywhere.

Fantastic Paris Apartment, Great Location and Quiet

My wife and I stayed at this apartment for seven weeks early April into May. The apartment faces a private green space which is accessible and quiet, thus one can sleep with the windows cracked open for fresh air. The extra bedroom came in handy for storing all our luggage. All windows face the green space which is off the main street. Window shades are electronic, thus fully adjustable to one's desired blocking. Well equipped kitchen where we cooked in most of our meals. There are numerous markets about five minutes walk away including Bio C'Bon, Naturalia, Casino and Franprix, and a Nicolas wine shop, as well as a great Bio (organic) bakery, Chez Meunier. Easy walking distance to many museums, parks and such and, of course, cafes. Dan, the greeter and contact during our stay, was totally responsive to any needs. The apartment, on the French third floor, is accessible by an elevator which is accessed via multiple electronically locked doors as well as an exterior gate. The apartment is modern and part of a 2006 redevelopment project next door. Excellent on all points.

Apartment was terrific

Apartment was great, everything as represented. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Owner/agent was very accommodating and easy. Location is wonderful, was great for our family of 5 with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 1 extra bathroom. We have spent a lot of time in Paris and like this location, one metro stop from the Arc de Triomphe and close to Trocadero.

Love it!

When we arrived at the front gate, Dan, the local manager, greeted us at the gate and took us to the apartment. Dan is so nice and friendly! The apartment is so beautiful and spacious with high ceilings and tall and large windows with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bath rooms, a great room for living and dining, a nice kitchen, with refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer!!! We felt safe to stay here, there are a secured gate and 2 secured doors before we reach the elevator or staircase to get to the apartment. It is in a quiet and nice neighborhood and we can walk to Eiffel Tower and L' Arc de Triomph! There are restaurants and groceries stores close by! We felt so relaxed when we got back to the apartment after our days out visiting places! This is a luxury apartment! My sister, her husband, my husband and my two adult sons enjoyed our stay here for one week in July 2017.

Super apartment, great location, highly recommend

The location was super, right between the Victor Hugo and Trocodero metro stops. It is very short walk to the Eiffel Tower. The street itself is pretty quiet with some nice restaurants, bakeries and grocery stores all right nearby. We are a family of four and the apartment was perfect size with both our sons getting their own rooms. The beds are actual queen size (a real plus as most ads list double beds as queens in Europe). Nice kitchen with washer and dryer in the apartment which was very convenient for our two week stay. The apartment had really nice metal privacy shades which really blocked the light and kept out what little street nice came into the courtyard. The apartment is on the third floor with an elevator and overlooks the courtyard. The apartment has A/C which we needed for a couple of days of our trip. Dan was the local manager and was very helpful on check-in and out and was very responsive to questions we sent by text during the stay. One thing to mention for awareness (not worth dropping a star) is that the master bathroom does not have a toilet.

The property , location and assistance is great . I highly recommend this apartment

My family and I ( six adults) stayed in the apartment for a little over a week. It was wonderful. The apartment was clean , well kept and quiet. The beds were comfortable. The location is very good. Close to Metro stops and tourist sites and yet the streets near the apartment are populated by locals and not tourists. An added plus was the assistance we received from Angelo in the US and Dan who is local in Paris. These gentlemen were very helpful. Angelo in planing the trip and following up after our return home and Dan in helping us while we were in Paris. Dan found a health club where I could work out which is near the apartment. I don't know what else I could ask for: a very nice apartment, good location and helpful associates. I highly recommend this property.

Amazing condo in the heart of Paris

This condo is absolutely amazing. It's a couple blocks from the Eiffel Tower and super convenient to all transit to get anywhere in the city. The condo itself it super spacious and a perfect place to spend time in to relax, it's super spacious and the rooms are great to sleep in. I would absolutely come back and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to anybody traveling to Paris.

Wonderful apartment with great location

This is a well appointed apartment within a couple of block of both the Arch de Triomphe and Eiffel Tower. The apartment was very clean and quiet, the beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms spacious. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals "at home" and there were fabulous restaurants within a block or two. Mass transit was close by and easy to use. I would have loved to have spent more time and would recommend this apartment.

Great apartment, except...

I love Paris in the springtime!

We absolutely loved our apartment in Paris and would definitely stay there again. It was even nicer than the photos showed (and it looked pretty good in the photos!), and it was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. In addition, our contacts in the States and in Paris were exceptionally helpful. The apartment is about a 15 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower in one direction and about the same to the Arc de Triumph in the other. We had two train stations within a 10 minute walk, as well as two grocery stores, a fresh food market, and two bakeries. It was convenient to all the major tourist attractions, and had two great cafes just across the street for those of us who were tired at the end of a long day of sightseeing. We highly recommend this property.

Paris for Six!

Beautiful home, in a wonderful location. Easy access to the Metro, and walking distance to many sights. Able to shop and eat close by. An added bonus was the property manager, Quentin, who was extremely accommodating and very friendly. This is an absolute recommendation to all who are staying in Paris.
