This unit is on the fifth floor and has all the comforts of home without paying the resort prices! This recently renovated studio has gorgeous wood furniture and is beautifully tiled. There is a full bathroom plus a second sink and vanity. The queen-sized bed sleeps 2 comfortably.

While you're not sleeping, you are just a short walk along the beach from Port Lucaya, Grand Lucayan and the casino! Come stay once, and you'll be guaranteed to want to come back again and again!

About Liz & Don

Hello! We are Liz & Don. Don has been coming to Coral Beach since his parents brought him there in the 1970's! We bought #1503 in 2006 and love the Coral Beach and Grand Bahama Island community.

Why Liz & Don chose Williams Town

This was the first property at Coral Beach that we bought as a couple. It will always be 'home' to us. We immediately made friends while living there that are now part of our family. It is much more than a rental property to us. We have chosen each piece of art and local craft for ourselves & our guests to enjoy and get the true flavor or our adopted home.

What makes this condo unique

Our property offers a unique privacy and warmth due to it's location near the top of building #1. It receives late afternoon sunshine while many other units are shaded..which is a distinct advantage when returning from an afternoon at the beach.

Don has also worked alongside the local vocational college youth and assisted them in craft making. Some of their works are featured in our unit #1503.He is also a nature photographer and auctions his works to benefit the Humane Society Grand Bahama. We hope you will enjoy your time there as much as we have! We look forward to meeting you someday!

Hi Elizabeth,

We really liked the amenities at the condo, especially the internet access and free internet phone service. It's probably what made us choose your condo over some of the others that we considered and the free telephone was a HUGE bonus. Air conditioning & cable TV were also important (we had to leave the beach at some point!) We didn't really cook or do any laundry but it was nice to have the option.

Overall, we thought that the condo was extremely well-appointed and organized, and very, very clean.

The information about the Bahamas & the information for taxi services was handy, too.

We only spoke briefly to Jaki, who was nice enough to call & check on us the first night that we were there. We didn't need anything, but again, it was good to know that there was someone there if we did.

Fabulous Choice

My husband and I returned a week ago from staying at this fabulous condo. It is beautifully decorated, with a wonderful ocean view from the balcony. We cooked many meals in the fully furnished kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. They have a local line and a VOIP phone which made it possible to keep in touch with family back in the States. Liz and Don were amazing to work with and called us twice to make sure everything was going well. They have a binder full of information about the area that was helpful. The beach is quiet and you can take long walks in either direction. At first we didn't have a rental car and walked along the beach about a mile to the Lucaya Marketplace area for dinner and then back. We enjoyed the evening walks so much. The condos have beautiful flowers and shrubs in the garden with little, curly-tailed lizards scampering around. The pool was clean and very picturesque, overlooking the beach. Everything here was a delight. The only disappointment was having to leave! We would definitely recommend this condo and hope we can return someday!

Love Coral Beach!

We had a great time at Coral Beach, The Condo that we rented from Don & Liz was perfect for what we wanted. It was nice to have a real bed to come to every night! A small issue came up and Don got it resolve really quick! Nothing but good things to say! Looking forward to next time!

Don and Liz was great. We was on the run from the minute we got there but Don and Liz keep calling until they got ahold of us to see if we needed anything. They're place was amazing. Clean, Beautiful, Close to the beach and a pool, and the cleaning lady was one of the nicest people I meet there. Don and Liz gave us a packet with fun things to do and a very amazing taxi driver (Queenie) I would go back just for her lol. On our ride from the air port Queenies son in law saw we had kids and that they loved the coconuts so he took us to Queenies house and let them pick one off the tree. This was the first time I have ever been out of the country and I have to say Don and Liz made it very pleasant. There was lots of sleeping area and large bathrooms, Water to drink, a whole packet down to a taxi drive for things to do. I was very please. Thank you so much Don and Liz.

Amazing Place to Stay!

The room was amazing with beautiful ocean views! It was nice to have purified water in a dispenser, some extra food supplies and really everything I needed to have a complete and awesome trip! I would deffinately recommend this room and return to rent it again! Thanks for the great stay!!!

Coral Beach

Hi. I stayed at this property for a week and enjoyed every minute of it. The accommodations were nice and clean. The building was very nice and the staff helpful and friendly. The large pool overlooks what is probably the best part of the quiet beach. It is a short walk to Port Lucaya. I would definitely stay here again. The owners were great and I had no problems in getting in touch with them via email. They responded quickly.

Great Week in Grand Bahama

We just returned from a relaxing week at Coral Beach. The condo was clean and comfortable for 2 adults. We ate all breakfasts and most lunches at the condo, making use of its full kitchen. The owners called the first day to be sure that all was well, which we especially appreciated because they were able to help us with the wireless connection. We only ran the air conditioner at night because of the nice breezes during the day. The pool was also well kept with a nice patio and bar area with good food, though be aware that it only takes cash payments. We love to snorkel, and were pleased that there was a nice reef within a short walk on the beach to the right. We did not rent a car, so either walked to the Port Lucaya Marketplace (about 20 minute walk - not bad if a breeze is blowing to keep bugs away) or took a taxi (about $8 with tip). There was a public bus stop at the corner near the condos, but we never saw a bus, probably because it was the low season (there is not a regular schedule for the buses). The staff were great - friendly and helpful, as was everyone we interacted with on the island. We would recommend this condo for a couple looking for peace and quiet!
