Plenty of bathrooms and beds. 3 downstairs bathrooms for family members having difficulty with stairs. All sorts of rooms and personality that goes with a house built in the 1890s. Lots of room inside and out. We already have reservations for next summer!

The house was clean, had a ton of space, and was charmingly quirky in its layout. It's in a great location, has plenty of parking space, and has a lovely front porch to sit out on. We really enjoyed our stay.

This house was perfect for us. It’s close enough to town to enjoy all that frankenmuth has to offer. The playground just down the road was great to take the kids to and allowed us to daily come back for the kids to get a nap in before exploring town that evening.

This is a great house if you have a lot of people. Beds were comfortable, kitchen accommodations were great - lots of plates silverware glases etc. Great gas stove!! (better than my house!) Only thing that would have been a nice to have was foil or ziploc bags. The house is a bit of a maze - but after a day we figured out what hallway lead where! Mike was great, met us when we got there to go over a few things in the house. Best part was the he coded the door lock to the last 4 of my cell - great way to remember!! One oddity was the bedroom upstairs with the bathroom - the toilet was just there right in the bedroom with now wall or anything - but to each his own - served the purpose. The wheelchair ramp was also great as my dad is 94 and uses a walker. Highly recommend the house!

We stayed at the property for a Ladies Church Retreat and it was a fantastic stay. The property was large enough that we all had room to spread out. We were especially pleased at all the little touches, such as plenty of towels, room fans, and blankets that made our stay so comfortable. Communication from the host was excellent.

50th Anniversary celebration

Beds and bedrooms all comfortable and spacious. Kitchen well equipped. Great location just out of town, close enough to quickly go anywhere in Frankenmuth, but away from the traffic and crowds. We took a family trip for our 6 year olds birthday. There were 12 of us and we had plenty of room. The location is perfect, its quiet but just minutes from all the action. The only way it could have been better was if it had a hot tub! Lol will definitely rent again!

Great house close to town

We stayed with 14 people, 3 families. The house was perfect for us and is just outside of town. Everything was clean and ready for us. The owner met up with us to give us a few pointers. The bedrooms were all as described and there was plenty of space for everyone. We would definitely stay here again.
