This cozy, fully-furnished home nestled in the middle of the town features a private, fenced-in backyard, back deck equipped with grill and outdoor furniture, attached garage, new Appliances, new Flooring, and in unit washer and dryer. Everything about this home is private and enjoyable.
Utilities, Wifi included.

Pet Policy
We are pet friendly, and the yard is fully fenced in. There is a pet fee of $50/stay. Please be sure to select pets for your reservation.
There will be a charge of $100 for any pet that is not on the reservation prior to arrival.
Please pick up after your pet and place a protective barrier on furniture to prevent stains. Thank you!

The house was so cozy and perfect for a family. The games were fun and brought us together, and the beds were so comfortable and warm. The day we were supposed to fly home, we had to stay another day. They let us stay in the house for one more day last minute, thank you for the amazing stay!

Every aspect of the trip beginning with the registration process to the stay at the residence was unbelievably great! Our questions were addressed immediately and very efficiently. When we arrived at the location, we found it to be just as depicted in the advertisement. It is a beautifully decorated home, very clean and made us feel welcome from the moment we entered. Our host has thought of everything that made us as comfortable as if we were in our own home. Great neighborhood, just a very pleasant place and we will most definitely remember our time and visit again should we plan another trip to New Bern.

April was so great to work with. We had to change houses at the last minute. She took care of everything!There were 6 of us. Everyone had their own room but 1 bathroom. We made it work. The beds were comfortable, sheets were nice, plenty of pillows.The kitchen could use some mixing bowls otherwise it was perfect.The grill wasnt working and April brought a new one with the hour!
