About this property

On the New River-Pets welcome-Hot tub-Fire pit

Summary:
We are directly off 321 in Blowing Rock, very close to Boone. We're convenient for both of you, and you don't need a 4WD to access the house.

You can enjoy the sounds of the river from the hot tub or one of two decks with water views.

When you're not relaxing by the river, you're located just off 321, close to downtown Blowing Rock, Boone, the ASU campus, and more.

The Space:
When you drive up to our home and walk in, you'll see a bright, airy, and open living space. We have a seating area, dining space, and kitchen all located downstairs, with adjacent decks looking over the water. The living room has plenty of seating, and comfortable, cozy details, including a gas fireplace.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook.

We also have a half bathroom downstairs.

Upstairs are two comfortable, well-appointed bedrooms.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, double windows to let in natural light, a closet for guests, and a dresser for storage. You have an en suite bathroom as well. There's a TV in this room.

The second bedroom features two twin beds, a TV, and an en suite bathroom as well. There are also clothes storage in a guest closet and in a dresser.

Upstairs is also a living room with a new stackable washer and dryer, available for your use.

The outdoor areas include two decks, both with seating. One deck has a hot tub and grill available for your use.

We have direct access to the river, and a grassy area on the banks is part of our yard.

Also outside is a fire pit available for use.

Guest Access:
You'll have access to all areas of the home and the river during your stay.

We're a family who lives in Knoxville. I'm originally from Greensboro and went to UNC-Chapel Hill. I grew up going to Blowing Rock and now I love bringing my own kids there when we get the chance.

Why they chose this property

Blowing Rock and Boone are so charming, and being on the river but still conveniently located to everything the area has to offer is perfect for us.

What makes this property unique

We're directly on the river so you get the chance to fish, play in the water, or relax on the hammock, but you're also just a few minutes from both downtown Boone and Blowing Rock.
