Relax and unwind in this beautiful southwestern home located at 12627 N 38th Place, Phoenix 85032. It has soft leather furniture, stunning wood burning fireplace with old barnwood cabinets and new stainless kitchenaid appliances, the home boasts a totally open floor plan and a large covered patio with Weber BBQ grill (gas), lovely landscaped backyard, patio furniture and hot tub spa immediately off the master bedroom. This masters king-sized bed has luxury bedding and travertine ensuite double sink bathroom with the beautiful hot tub spa right outside the bedrooms sliding door. The other bedrooms are set up for guests with a gorgeous queen bed or for children in darling bunk beds. We have a crib available if requested. This location is ideal for almost every activitiy in Phoenix, golf, hiking, swimming, shopping, sightseeing, visiting and just laying back and recharging. A 42' TV in the living area and TV's in each bedroom, the master has a 37' hdtv lcd and netflix as well as cable is included with wifi. Some of the restaurants in the immediate area are: Lots of specialty restaurants that arent franchise and the franchise are: Outback, Olive Garden, Red Lobster, In n Out, Chilis, 5 n Diner, and many other specialty restaurants. Grocery store is right up 40th Street and a Costco is at the PV mall within walking distance. Stonecreek golf course is within walking distance and several other courses are minutes away. The location of this home is ideal to access most of the Phoenix and Scottsdale area. Roomy, comfortable & cozy
Darcy's house was perfect for our Thanksgiving week with family - the house is spacious but cozy, and had everything we needed. The back yard is lovely, and the hot tub was perfect. It wasn't turned on when we got there, but Darcy immediately sent someone out to clean & heat it, so it was great for the rest of our stay. We would definitely return on a future trip to Phoenix! Location is also super convenient - very close to shopping, restaurants, freeway.
It was very inviting....felt just like home!

We are staying here for 3 weeks as our home is under construction. The house is super clean, beautifully maintained and has all the comforts of home. If you are traveling from out of town, it's a perfectly central location - walking distance to lots of things. We are so grateful to have found this haven in this chaotic time in our lives! Highly recommend!!!

Pleasant place for family stay while attending a Phoenix wedding. Large rooms, well stocked kitchen, large patio for entertaining, hot tub. Older but well maintained and comfortable. Convenient PV location. Would stay again!
Comfortable, relaxing retreat for NCAA FInal Four
Came to town for the NCAA Final Four. House was spacious for 4 people. Beds were very comfortable. Home was clean on arrival. Cable TV, wireless internet. Amazing lemon tree in the back yard. Made a lot of homemade lemonade. Close to grocery store I didn't pay much attention on house location to any location other than the airport and the arena which was within 30 minutes of each. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that I didn't get the code for the door ahead of time and the gas grill was empty. If the housekeeper wasn't still in the house when I arrived I would not have been able to get in. I got the code after/later. Overall, no regrets. I would book this property again if I have the opportunity.
This property owner is a golf-aholic who has tons of local knowledge, she will assist you with playing the best courses in the Southwest at extremely reasonable/local prices. The home is very close to a park with tennis and other activities, on Saturday there is a fabulous Farmer's Market with tasty food and produce. Additionally there is a mountain about 2 miles south on 40th Street that is some of the best hiking in all of Phoenix. The most delicious italian restaurant I know of is just blocks away and great shopping is within easy walking distance. Some really great courses are also just minutes away and all will be available at local pricing.
