SUMMER Specials- Total Comfort close to Paradise Valley and Golf

Relax and unwind in this beautiful southwestern home centrally located in Paradise Valley. Lounge in soft leather furniture, stunning wood burning fireplace with old barn wood cabinets and new stainless kitchenaid appliances, the home boasts a totally open floor plan and a large covered patio with Weber BBQ grill (gas), lovely landscaped backyard, patio furniture and brand new hot tub spa that fits 10, immediately off the master bedroom. This masters king-sized bed has luxury bedding and travertine ensuite double sink bathroom. The other bedrooms are set up for guests with a gorgeous queen bed or for children in darling bunk beds. We have a crib available if requested. This location is ideal for almost every activity in Phoenix, golf, hiking, swimming, shopping, sightseeing, visiting and just laying back and recharging. A 52" TV in the living area and TV's in each bedroom, the master has a 42" smart TV as well as cable is included with wifi. Some of the restaurants in the immediate area are: Lots of specialty restaurants that arent franchise and the franchise are: Outback, Olive Garden, Red Lobster, In n Out, Chilis, 5 n Diner, and many other specialty restaurants. Grocery store is right up 40th Street and a Costco is at the PV mall within walking distance. Stonecreek golf course is within walking distance and several other courses are minutes away. The location of this home is ideal right off the 51 and near the 101- fast access most of the Phoenix and Scottsdale area, Mayo and golf, hiking trails in the Phoenix Mountain Preserve. Great location - close to many stores and places to visit. Quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook daily meals including an outdoor grill. Cable TV was a welcomed amenity vs other rentals that only provide internet access that require you to have subscriptions to watch TV.

We enjoyed our stay in the Paradise Valley area. Darcy is an excellent host who is quick to respond and wants the best experience for her renters. Nicely stocked kitchen. Nice new hot tub. The home even has a lemon tree with great-tasting lemons, which we enjoyed.

My family and myself came into Arizona for my graduation at GCU. I was looking for something comfortable for the family and the property was just as described/pictured. It was beautiful and inviting. The family was very impressed and we enjoyed our stay. The home was stocked with many items in the kitchen and bathrooms. Checking in and checking out was flawless. Communication with the homeowner was flawless. Grocery stores and restaurants were within about five minutes of the property, making everything accessible. We even caught a movie on Thursday afternoon. Thank you again for use of your wonderful home.

Darcy’s place was absolutely perfect for my family! The convenience of a doggy door and fenced in backyard was AMAZING for our pup. The hot tub was the nicest we have ever seen-it’s huge and even has jets on the floor for your feet. The kitchen was well stocked with every pot, pan and all cooking necessities. The decor is very appealing and the beds were all comfortable. We loved having a tv in all of the bedrooms. The AC works EXCELLENT and the ceiling fans helped circulate the air. The neighborhood is very safe and the house is literally within 5 minutes of multiple grocery stores, Costco, HomeGoods, Dollar Tree, restaurants, literally everything you might need! Plus there is a great walking path close by that runs near a golf course. All in all, I would highly recommend Darcy’s place !

Relaxing stay in near Paradise Valley

Very much enjoyed my stay at Darcy's charming home. All the amenities were provided. Too hot to enjoy the Jacuzzi, but come dall, winter, and spring, no doubt guests will take advantage of it. Highly recommend!

We had the BEST family vacation ever and we attribute so much of it to our accommodations. The house was very clean and so comfortable with cozy furniture, plush bedding and linens, accent lighting and a lovely backyard with scenic landscaping. Sharp knives, modern appliances, stainless steel pots and pans and every kitchen and bathroom amenity you could think of was present. The host obviously considered everything a person would want and was readily available for our questions. What couldn’t be beat though, is the location. We were 2 minutes away from a full-family & dog park (Roadrunner Park) and grocery store. Plenty of golf courses, casino, and every imaginable store and restaurant were all close by. We can’t wait to book our next stay here and with Darcy!

Great house!

The house was clean, well stocked and very comfortable! We enjoyed the backyard, sitting outside with our morning coffee. The location is excellent- close to stores and restaurants. We took advantage of the quiet streets to walk around the neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!!
