Great visit

We had a great stay visiting our family in CT for Thanksgiving. I highly recommend this home. The property manager was accommodating and responded very quickly. The home was perfect for us. It was very clean and in the perfect location.

PROS- Great price for a large group trying to find a last minute stay- Plenty of space- Window ACs and TVs in most roomsCONS- Floors were unswept when we came in- Trash bags were installed in the windows- Closets occupied with debris- No can or bottle openers, limited kitchen essentials- Windows could not be opened- Some wall art appeared to have fallen off the wallsWARNINGS- Host utilizes AI chat bot for all forms of communication, making the stay feel less personable.- On the last night of our stay, the power went out on the top floor and in one bedroom, resulting in half our party not having AC.- The Host AI gave us access to the basement to try the breakers. The basement was covered in spider webs, an inch of dust, and multiple typewriters. The breaker panel was laying on the floor and was labelled incorrectly. The breakers were also not fully attached to the wall and were electrically unsafe.- The Host (AI?) shared my contact info with a local handyman who called to troubleshoot the issue, suggesting I ignore the safety concerns. After reiterating said concerns, he offered to come by. By this point we had less than 12 hours in our stay, and told him we felt more comfortable with him coming after we’ve checked out.
