The room and hotel was nice but the night we checked in they told us the room we *reserved* was no longer available, after we had paid for the room and paid the deposit fee. We spoke with the receptionist about this at length and the best answer he could provide was "Its no longer available." They were going to give us a room with 2 queen beds instead of a king, and although they termed this as an upgrade, it is not. Not only that but i had reserved a room with a king bed and paid for it, i did not just wander in and ask for a room. Eventually the receptionist said that somehow a room with a king bed was available, but it did not feel right having to argue and plead for a room i reserved and paid for in advance.
