As you walk into the Double-Master Suite w/ Private-Entrance office, you are transported to the borders of Spain & Morocco. The unit is located just off of Sunset Blvd & is truly one of West Hollywood's most peaceful & iconic buildings. The property was once home to famous silent film director, Irvin Willat. It is adorned with terracotta tiles, hardwood floors, surrounded by 7 fountains, & meets all of today's modern necessities. Includes parking, laundry, solid Wi-Fi & access to a Jacuzzi.
The space
This house offers, essentially, 2 master suites, plus private-entrance office space. One primary bedroom offers a king bed with an ensuite bathroom (including bathtub / shower), a very large walk-in closet, and a private patio accessible through French doors. The other primary bedroom offers a queen bed, spacious closet space, ensuite bathroom (including claw foot tub with shower), and access to a separate kitchenette with mini fridge, sink, and laundry. Both are styled beautifully and offer rich linen duvets and down comforters & pillows. The private office space is spacious and is surrounded by fully operable windows, French doors and a patio offering an incredibly bright and airy work space. The living room has a gas / wood-burning fireplace and smart TV, and the kitchen is supplied with all of the modern appliances and supplies you might need to create a gourmet meal.
The unit includes laundry inside the unit and 1 secure and designated parking space, downstairs, in the covered garage. There is also the option to utilize a second parking space located in a garage that is located INSIDE of the unit. That second parking space may be available upon request and for an additional fee. If not reserved, there may be some personal items and supplies left in that garage.
This is a disabled unit, and so can be accessed through wide entrances and no stairs.
The property, itself, is unreal. It has won several international design awards and was inspired by trips to Spain, Italy and Morocco. The unit is part of a 20-unit condo, and is the only disability unit in the complex. Each unit is unique in design, bedroom number, and floors, and all of them offer access to multiple courtyards, have many private patios, a private-entrance office space, and secure parking. There is a very large communal Jacuzzi, outdoor fireplace, 7 fountains, and several courtyard gardens, one of which has an exquisite batch of African Palms at the center. The courtyards are laid with terracotta tiles throughout, and there are lush tropical plants everywhere. All of of the units are privately owned and governed by an HOA. Please be mindful of the surrounding owners and their quiet spaces.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire unit and 1 free dedicated parking space downstairs in the covered communal garage. There is also a 1 car garage, designed as an accessibility garage and located INSIDE of your unit. It is available as an additional parking spot upon request, and for an extra charge, otherwise it may be utilized by the owner with supplies and miscellaneous décor items. You will have access to the private entrance office. You may also access and use the communal spaces throughout the building. Please be cognizant that those spaces are shared and keep talking levels to a minimum after 9pm. There are also no parties or gatherings in any of those communal spaces. Thank you.
