Our 2nd Stay at this location, just as good!

As this is our second stay at this property says it all! Great location, good communication with property mgr. Nice neighborhood and close to everything. Great kitchen, bedroom and clean! Looking forward to our next visit later this year!

Older home with updated basement apartment. Only about 2 blocks from bus or Metro to sites and monuments. Good choice of restaurants within walking distance. Easy communication with owner.

Great Location

This was a great location, close to the metro and lots of restaurants. Host was responsive. The bathroom could have been cleaned better as there was hair on the floor and walls that wasn't ours. The beds could definitely use new pillows and some extra blankets (I asked host for an extra blanket and got it quickly). Overall, it was fine for our family of 3.

Perfect location, great home away from home

This basement apartment was perfect for a week exploring DC. The home had all amenities including a washer and dryer and we were able to cook some meals.

We loved the location and the great communication with Dara. She was quick to respond and made sure that we had everything we needed. The location of this rental was close to the metro and good places to eat. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Great apartment and location

Fantastic location, close to grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops. Walkable to DC landmarks. Dara is very responsive. I had to have something shipped to the apartment and she let me know when it was delivered, very nice of her to let me know. Would stay here again.

Great Neighborhood Spot

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dana's property. It is well equipped and in a wonderful spot. She was great to work with and accommodating to our needs. Super easy access. Walking distance to most downtown activities and easy Metro (1 1/2 blocks) and bus service (1 block) to everywhere you want to go.

DC getaway

First time in DC did not disappoint. This unit is near Logan Circle and convenient to shops, bars and restaurants. The nearby U Street Metro stop made getting to all the sights a breeze.

Wonderful find!

My daughter and I stayed for 5 nights and were completely comfortable in this charming spot. I used the sofa bed and found it firm but comfortable. Location is fantastic with excellent restaurants and shops within easy walking distance and all the sights of the Mall a good longer walk away. Host Dara was responsive and kind. Perfect!!!

English Basement Apartment

We very much enjoyed our stay. The apartment is comfortable, clean and well-appointed. The neighborhood is exactly as advertised; trendy with a beautiful, old-world charm, convenient to public transporation and restaurants, quiet, and safe. The owner is accessible and responsive. We would definitely be pleased to be welcomed again, as guest in the future.
