Bellamente renovado apartamento, moderno y mediano, diseñado cuidadosamente para el visitante profesional / sofisticado de Washington. Aunque es un apartamento de nivel inferior en una casa histórica, este espacioso apartamento cuenta con techos altos de 9 pies, iluminación empotrada, ladrillos a la vista, paredes claras, buena luz natural y una gran cocina / sala de estar abierta, lo que le da una sensación de luminosidad y apertura. What a wonderful place to stay while visiting in DC. The location was perfect! We didn’t need a car as it was close to nearby restaurants and store. The place was immaculate and the bed was super comfy. We hope to make this our #1 place to stay when we come visit DC!

Excellent recently re-done apartment in Dupont Circle area of DC. Great location in nice neighborhood. The apartment had all the amenities we needed for a great week stay in DC. Close to lots of great restaurants and not far from the major sites to see. We would stay there again in a heartbeat

Every bit as amazing as the pictures made it look. This was an exceptional stay. First of all, the location could not be beat. We were about a 2 minute walk from the DuPont Circle Metro on the red line, which is 2 stops from Metro Center, meaning you can get everywhere really easily. Yet, it does not feel overly touristy--this is clearly a happening spot for locals for date night and girls night out. You are within walking distance of Embassy Row and a whole bunch of great restaurants.Second, the apartment itself was really special--high quality materials and appliances, beautifully decorated, super comfy bed, great shower--I mean, every detail was wonderful. They also have done a great job stocking the kitchen with all the dishes and utensils you need to cook, as well as a solid stock of basics like oil and vinegar and spices and coffee and sugar and flour. The place was also really comfortable. The A/C and dehumidifier were powerful and kept the apartment comfy in the heat, and there was a ceiling fan in the bedroom for extra comfort. The bedroom had blackout curtains so you could sleep in in darkness. There was more than enough closet space. The sheets and towels were high quality. The shower worked great. The washer and dryer were a definite bonus and were effective and efficient.All in all, you can tell that they really put in the thought, time and money to make this a high-end place to stay. We are definitely keeping their info to return.

The property is incredible. It’s modern with a ton of charm. The location is insane! We walked to the most incredible restaurants, all super close. Weirdly, the neighborhood is very quiet and then opens up to the city as soon as you turn a corner. The dichotomy is quite strange, but pleasantly so. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the appliances you needed and there was a sufficient amount of spices stocked as well. I actually cannot wait to stay there again. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants the DC experience.

Awesome!

The apartment was clean, up-to-date, and quiet. It was centrally located to all the attractions. We had free parking which is a huge deal in DC. Thank you Charlotte you were vwry helpful and welcoming. Thank you again for a great time.

GREAT property in a great neighborhood. Safe, Many restaurants nearby. Two blocks to the Metro station. Great communication with Charlotte. Any very minor issues were quickly resolved.

Loved the neighborhood but needs new furniture. Kitchen chairs old and not stable. Could use a new couch and more lamps.

DC stay

The place was great and the owner was a lifesaver. She helped us find a parking space.However, the property manager disappointed us. The thermostat was locked at 68 degrees. We tried several times via phone calls and texting to rectify this problem with the staff to unlock the thermostat. The back bedroom and floor were very cold for the two days. Once we were able to increase the heat it was very comfortable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was an unexpected surprise. We usually stay in hotels but we decided to venture outside of that for once. The unit is well equipped with a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The location is also amazing, just a block from Dupont Circle and Embassy Row. We used the Metro to go everywhere in the city, both bus and train. And don't forget to hop on the bus and go over to nearby Georgetown. I only wish that we had been able to stay longer.

The kitchen was excellent and we loved our Keurig coffee in the morning. Tip: going carless, we stocked the apt on day one with delivery from Safeway which was a revelation...

Give it a go

I’m not a fan of downstairs apartments, but this apartment has high ceilings and you don’t feel as though you are in a basement. Both my husband and I were comfortable there and rather look forward to coming home at night. We love coffee. If you’re bringing coffee, be sure to have it course ground for the French press, although ours was finely ground and it worked out OK. The neighborhood has Restaurants and it seems to be safe. We have a fairly expensive new car and we parked it behind the building and felt comfortable with that. It’s easy to get to the metro, and I think you should go for it

Incredible home away from home!

My husband, kids & I stayed in this beautiful and charming property for our family trip to DC. It was very comfortable and clean, and my kids said it “feels like home!” The property was exactly as pictured and described. Check in was easy & the location is fantastic! The property owner was friendly & super responsive. I highly recommend this property. We will definitely stay here again!!

Quick trip to favorite city

This is the best place to stay in the DC area. Fantastic location, super clean, feels new, has all the extras and quiet. This is my 4th or 5th stay here and it’s still excellent!

Great stay in DuPont Circle area

Great apartment in perfect location. Some minor issues: squeaky bed; drain under rubber mat outside front door creates hidden uneven surface. Overall, lovely place.
