Comfortable Condo in Cherry Grove!

Welcome to your home away from home just a short walk from South Carolina's #1 beach - Cherry Grove! Boasting over 1,000 square feet, this 2 bedroom/2 bath condo provides guests plenty of space to relax and unwind after a day at the beach. This stunning property is tastefully decorated to feel like home while providing the ultimate coastal experience. The best of both worlds!

Located in the highly desirable Shorehaven community of Cherry Grove, our condo offers the perfect space to enjoy North Myrtle Beach. Shorehaven provides the comforts and safety of home while being less than a 6 minute walk to public beach access (Yes -- we timed it!).

ENTERING THE CONDO

Our condo is first floor with four steps to climb inside the stairwell. Our unit is on your left where you will enter the condo's first covered porch. On this porch is seating for 5 as well as a beach closet with a drying rack, beach cart, four chairs, and beach mats for your use. (Please note that if these items are not returned or broken by other guests, we can not guarantee their availability.)

LIVING SPACE

Upon entering our spacious condo through the covered porch, you will be greeted by an open-concept which is perfect for hanging out and relaxing with family and friends. A couch and two chairs offers a place to kick back and watch Netflix on the large 65" smart TV. A dining area with seating for four comfortably transitions to the fully equipped kitchen with additional seating for four at the counter area.

BEDROOM/BATHROOM #1

This bathroom contains a double sink and a tub/shower combo. Within the bedroom there is a Queen bed, Twin day bed, closet, and 43" smart TV. A sliding glass door leads to the rear covered porch.

BEDROOM/BATHROOM #2

The second bathroom boasts a very large stand-up shower. A Queen size bed, two dressers, and a large walk in closet make this condo fantastic for snow birds. There is also a 43" smart TV in this bedroom as well as access through a slider to the rear covered porch.

GUEST ACCESS

On the day of your arrival, you will receive a unique code to enter the condo. Please note that there is a camera built into the lock for your safety. There are no cameras within the condo itself.

*Please note that we have switched to a cleaning company that provides a freshly washed white duvet with each clean. While we love the look of fun and colorful quilts on the beds pictured, we felt that guests would appreciate the peace of mind of having completely cleaned and sanitized bedding during their stay.*

LINENS & PROVIDED SUPPLIES

- Freshly washed sheets and duvet cover for each bed

- Towels, hand towels, washcloths

- Sponge and kitchen towel

- 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom

- Amenity bag with travel sized bar soap, shampoo & conditioner, lotion, face towel, make up towel, and toothbrush

- One pod laundry soap

- One pod dishwasher detergent

Check-In: 4 pm

Check-Out: 10 am

No parties.

No pets.

No golf carts, trailers, or motorcycles allowed per community rules.

***Travel insurance is HIGHLY recommended as we can not be responsible for any unfortunate interference to your stay including weather, illness, or airline issues.

You will have full access to the condo with the exception of two owner's closets.

Interaction is highly encouraged if a need should arise.

Shorehaven is a quiet and safe community in Cherry Grove, North Myrtle Beach. Each individual building is comprised of 4 units. This condo is a ground floor unit.

The unit is located in the Shorehaven I community. No passcode is needed to enter the development. One private parking space is provided.

Please note that there is a Shorehaven I and a Shorehaven II (they are in the same general area, however). We are Shorehaven I and the roofs are orange. Shorehaven II have green roofs. If you are at a condo with numbers on the buildings, you are in Shorehaven II. Shorehaven I's buildings are lettered.

Additionally, please familiarize yourself with NMB beach laws including restrictions to beach canopies, tents, etc.

-Bag and take trash to dumpster (at community entrance -location in Welcome Book)

-Wash and return dishes to cupboards

-Place towels in front of washing machine (no need to strip beds)
