Welcome to your home away from home. Come stay in this quaint, cozy property where you will have all the comforts of home. Just minutes away from UNM, Presbyterian, Lovelace, and VA hospitals. Centrally located in the heart of Albuquerque. 15 minute drive to great hiking trails in the Sandia Mountains. Located minutes away from restaurants, micro-breweries, coffee shops, historic Old Town, bus and Rail Runner stations. Kitchen has brand new appliances including fridge, microwave, gas stove, stacked washer and dryer. A fully stocked kitchen with dishes, silverware, coffee keriug, cooking/baking utensils, non-stick pots and pans. Driveway parking and street parking. Did we mention a TV (Roku included) in the living room, all bedding, towels, couch with a queen sleeper, table and chairs. And all utilities are included as well as Wifi Internet.
