VRBO does not allow us to block off future dates without penalty; so the rates listed for all dates beyond 2026 are the default off-season rate for 2026, and, unfortunately, we will not be able to accept any reservation requests for seasonal weeks in 2027, at the default rate. Try the HEATED POOL option in both Raspberry Kiss and Raspberry Bliss for your off-season rentals - only $150 for the week or $75 for 3-days booking - Pool heating available for spring, fall, and winter only as long as temp is above 50 to 55 degrees! Linens are not included in the rental cost as we have many renters who bring their own linens. This helps to keep the cost lower and would be unfair to folks who wish to save money. If you need linens, we have a wonderful company we use to provide linens. A detailed cost will be provided upon renting.

Raspberry Bliss and Raspberry Kiss each have their own private pool. The pools are not shared with other renters. The pools are 8.5 feet x 19 feet, with depth graduating from 3 to 5 feet.)

To help offset the fees that are being charges outside the rental cost of the property - we have lowered the rental cost for Raspberry so the rental cost, the cleaning fee, the taxes, and the fee being charged by VRBO all total what you would have paid in full, last year to rent Raspberry.

Please be aware that the Service Fee charges goes directly to VRBO. The owners have nothing to do with this fee and do not receive one penny.

Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, and there are two Master Suites, with a King-size Bed in each. Two bedrooms have Queen-sized beds, and the fifth bedroom, with two Twin beds and a set of Twin bunk beds, is perfect for kids of any age. There is also a sleeper sofa in the Living Room, which can accommodate two sleepers. Secure Wi-fi, cable tv in every bedroom, with HD service in the Great Room and DVD/VCRs, along with a video library, are provided for use during your stay. Weekly rentals only from Mid-May through Mid-September. Nightly (three-night minimum) and monthly rates available last part of September - April. Please contact us for rates. All weekly rates include exit cleaning service. Linens are not included in our rates, but can be provided. A full luxury linens package is $250 (less for a partial package.)

For all online reservation requests via credit card, a 2.9% credit card transaction will need to be added to confirm the reservation.
