Welcome to Sea Shells & Cocktails! This 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom newly decorated home is a short block away from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. A well-equipped kitchen offers all large and small appliances, dinnerware, cookware, glassware & utensils to prepare and serve meals! The living area comes with all the comforts of home with plush furnishings and a TV for your enjoyment. Exterior amenities include covered porches to relax, a private pool, a private closet with beach/pool toys, games, beach caddy, cooler (with wheels), and ample parking for four vehicles. Whether you are collecting seashells or enjoying cocktails (or both!) This beautiful beach oasis is the perfect beach getaway for your next vacation!

Terrific House and Oh, So Close to the Beach

My 6 girlfriends and I stayed at this house for our annual weekend. It was exactly as the owner described it. The open floor plan for the kitchen, dining area, and living room was very spacious, as were the bedrooms with very comfortable beds. We never ran out of hot water. We could walk the short distance to the beach public access and the private pool made a nice retreat when we weren't at the beach. The owner quickly responded when I needed to contact him. Great stay!

Garden City/Murrell’s Inlet

Great house. Kitchen was fantastic and lacked for nothing. We had all the dishes, pots and pans we could ever need. Lots of utensils on hand! Pool was a great option. After beaching every morning we spent the afternoon in the pool. The beds were all very comfortable according to me and all my kids (30 some-things now). Plenty of space in the kitchen, dining room, and living room. The kids were able to watch some TV in their rooms which was a nice break for all of us. We used the washer and dryer pretty much every day. Also a very nice to have. Overall, a great house and a great vacation!

We couldn't have asked for anything better!

Literally when I say this home was perfect for us and our stay, I am not joking! Perfect location, walking distance to the beach, the pool was an added bonus and the floorplan of the house was perfect for our large family! No complaints at all!

I have never done this before and I’m so glad I did. This house and owner was absolutely everything it says and Greg is a great host! I had questions and he got back to me right away. Very friendly and informative. We will definitely stay here again!

Book the trip!

Where do I begin, from the beginning Greg was amazing to work with he was very efficient!! A few short days prior to check in I had a question and within minutes he called me from his personal phone to help and make sure everything was taken care of. We were actually able to check in early and when we arrived the house was everything the listing said it was and then some! The photos do not do the house justice. We had more than enough room for everyone and plenty of parking. The neighborhood was absolutely perfect the beach was just a short walk away. I couldn’t have asked for a more convenient location to be. Restaurants, grocery, fuel stations, and attractions within 5 minutes and just a short drive to the excitement in Myrtle Beach! The kitchen was completely stocked for cooking and grilling out. There was cleaning and disinfectant supplies throughout each room which was very appealing. We had brought our own cleaning supplies but this just gave us peace of mind. The pool area was absolutely amazing! We had friends from Florida staying in Myrtle Beach and they were able to come by and enjoy the pool area with us and cook out! Very private and relaxing to say the least. If you are considering booking this beach house just like my title says. BOOK IT! You won’t be disappointed! We can’t wait to come back and visit again soon! Thank you for an awesome vacation!

This place was perfect for our family. Each family had their own room and adjoining bathroom. Proximity to the beach was incredible and so doable walking with kids. Greg was helpful and attentive from start to finish! We already can’t wait to return.

Paradise by the Beach

This place was perfect for our party of 8!! We all had plenty of space and plenty of bathrooms for getting ready to hit the beach or out for dinner. The condo had all the accommodations needed for the beach. The beach chairs and beach cart were a huge help with enjoying our time at the beach! The grill also came in handy for cooking some dinners in the evening at the condo. We will definitely go back in the future.

Family Thanksgiving Getaway

This property was everything our family was looking for and more! Clean, beautiful, In a nice neighborhood, owner was great, and home was the perfect environment for a stay in and celebrate holiday at the beach! Because of COVID we brought all the food supplies we needed and never had to go out, yet we were able to use the kitchen, cooking utensils, fridge and stove on site to still be able to continue our tradition of a good Ole southern Family Thanksgiving together! BEST THANKSGIVING EVER!! Thankful for this family that shared their beautiful home with us! Forever Grateful, The Sauciers

Great getaway during COVID times (and after!)

Our family of 4 plus our friends (another family of 4) stayed at this property in September. Both families were paranoid about going anywhere during COVID. However, the kids were irritated and we needed a short break to gather our senses. This property fit all our needs - a private pool for when the beach got busy, bunk beds for the little ones and a room with 2 queen beds for the older ones. It was real quiet here. The homes next door had folks visit only one day and they were real sweet people! The walk to the beach is less than 3 minutes. We got to see the sunrise 2 days in a row! The beach itself wasn't busy and everyone maintained their distance. Both families have people that are high risk for COVID. We were extremely happy with the cleanliness of the place. We brought our own linen/towels/soaps etc. The place has a washer and dryer with laundry detergent which was helpful for us to wash and dry towels. There is a small storage area downstairs which had a beach caddy which was super helpful! The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans etc. There is a Kroger really close which offers curbside grocery pick up! We emailed Greg several times and each time the response was super quick! We look forward to coming back soon!
