Our stay was wonderful!! The condo was perfect for the four of us, the front patio was so relaxing, we ate breakfast out there every morning! The side area with the hammock and lounge chairs was a perfect late afternoon spot too. The hosts were lovely and very welcoming and response! Walking outside daily to the beach was a highlight!

Beach paradise

Unbelievable views in Luquillo. It was a lovely stay and so enjoyable to wake up and wind down on the back porch. Place was large and had everything we needed. Would love to stay here again

Beautiful getaway

We had an amazing time. The location is great. Access to the beach is easy. There are a lot of resources nearby (shops, restaurants, markets, etc). The hosts were great and very friendly & responsive.

Vacation

The condo was wonderful. The best part is the spacious lanai with the ocean view. The swimming and snorkeling were right outside our door. The condo had everything we needed for a relaxing beach stay. Our hosts were very helpful guiding me on my first VRBO experience.

Fantastic Place To Stay!

So many wonderful things to say about this beautiful property! My family and I loved our stay and I would highly recommend booking. The condo was very clean and filled with many beach amenities. The layout of the condo is great and the covered patio overlooking the ocean was great! Not too mention, Frankie is a fantastic host!

Beautiful and well maintained with great amenities

We very much enjoyed our stay at Frankie and Dorisa's lovely beach condo. The best part was all the amenities! Our family of four had plenty of room to stretch out, and made good use of the kayak, snorkeling equipment, beach towels, and cooler. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive and we would definitely return in the future.

Awesome place

Stayed here for a week with family that included 2 teenage daughters. Everything was awesome. Strolls in the beach and boogie boarding in the waves. Had a great time. Would definitely do it agains.

Great view everyday

Having palm trees and a view of the ocean and beach steps away was wonderful. Loved that there was snorkeling gear, beach chairs, boogie boards, and ample outdoor living. There was air conditioning in the bedrooms. Adjusting to them humidity was challenging.

Great property and location

As kids got older we stopped gifting and started travelling for holidays and our place in Luquillo was perfect for the 4 of us. It has everything you could ever need in a well-appointed property. Many attractions within walking distance and many more within a reasonable car ride. We could not have had a better stay and visit to PR! Thank you Dorissa and Frankie!

BEAUTIFUL

This a wonderful gem of a place. We stayed with my 5 year old son. We felt very safe letting him play in the fenced yard, and had the beach right there beyond the gate. We practically had the place to ourselves during the week. We would love to return.

Fantastic stay in Luquillo

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful condo. The owners had provided everything we needed and more. Plenty of beach towels, sand toys, chairs, and snorkel equipment. The condo is well maintained, you can tell that the owners take pride in providing a neat and clean place to stay. The view from the back patio can't be beat. Reading on the hammock was pure heaven. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful stay

We are a family of four with two young kids and had a great week's stay here. The patio is lovely and has a beautiful view, we ate all our meals there. The condo really has everything you need for the beach- chairs, towels, sand toys, water shoes, snorkels, they have it all. The condo property is quiet and secluded, we felt like we were the only ones there. The beach is calm and clear and not busy at all. It was a perfect home base for exploring Puerto Rico and we would definitely rent this property again!

Paradise

Fabulous!

What a wonderful stay! All the amenities we wanted and needed. Seven ladies went down for fun, sun and relaxation and Frankie and Dorisa made it a success! Beautiful front patio with an amazing view! Loved having all the chairs and coolers for the beach. I have reserved again for January! Can't wait!

A lovely, well-stocked condo, right on the beach.

We had a lovely stay in this lovely condo. The condo is a beautiful location, right on the beach, with several other beaches within a 10 minute walk. It is also a great launching point for adventures in El Yunque national forest. Additionally the condo is very stocked with everything you need for the beach (chairs, snorkeling equip, towels, etc.) and a well-stocked kitchen as well. We especially loved the front covered patio area and the hammock. Frankie and Dorisa are great hosts - very responsive to whatever you needed. We were so pleased.

Exceeded all expectations!

We stay and this property in April 2016 and it was even better than described. The view is amazing from the patio and the beach is right at your front door. We miss our morning and evening walks on the beach greatly. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning at night was a plus. We were looking to be somewhere quite and on the beach and this place was amazing for this purpose. We hope to return some day. Thank you for sharing your property with us.

A wonderful stay in this beautiful ocean-front condo.

What a gorgeous place! Every morning -- coffee on the terrace followed by a walk on the beach. My idea of paradise. Everything in the condo was in perfect working order. And so many extras - tons of beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, etc. In addition to the wonderful terrace, a delightful hammock, and 2 lounge chairs in the very private side yard. This must be the best condo in Luquillo. Can't go wrong with this one.
