This renovated century-old farmhouse situated in the middle of a bucolic former horse pasture has all the modern conveniences and upscale comforts you need but retains plenty of vintage Michigan charm. it's down the road from all the top Fennville attractions (cideries, wineries, restaurants, U-pick, and farm stands) and only a short drive (12 minutes) from all that Saugatuck/Douglas has to offer. The well-appointed kitchen has a dishwasher, stainless steel appliances, Instant Pot, slow cooker, burr coffee grinder, drip, french press & manual drip coffee makers, electric tea kettle, blender, food processor, garbage disposal, stand mixer, etc, and a table that expands to seat 6-8. Two main, large bedrooms have queen-sized Casper mattresses with adjustable beds and large flatscreen TVs with cable TV and streaming apps like Netflix, Hulu & Prime. One of those bedrooms also has a pull-out twin bed and an adjacent private deck. The 3rd bedroom has a double bed with a memory foam mattress. Close to Lake Michigan beaches (10 minutes) and a few minutes from Hutchins Lake's public access beach and boat launch. Plenty of parking onsite.
