Affordable and Spacious 5BR 3 BATH Villa with private pool and fenced back yard for your privacy, ONLY MINUTES to shopping and Theme Parks!!!

NEW LAMINATE FLOORS IN ALL UPSTAIRS BEDROOMS!

As you enter this lovely home, you'll find the spacious hallway and living room. The living room is a great place to relax in comfort after a busy day at the many attractions.

Step out and relax on your screened pool deck or take a swim. with a completely fenced in back yard you can enjoy your privacy.

The dinning room has 2 dining Table Sets. Space enough for the whole family to eat comfortably.

There is your own personal laundry room with separate washing machine and dryer, ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner.

The ground floors Master Suite has an American King size Bed and overlooks the pool, there is a TV and ceiling fan with fitted lamp. The large en-suite has a corner tub, separate shower, vanity basin, toilet and hairdryer. There is also a large walk in wardrobe with plenty of hanging space and shelving.

There is a 2nd Bedroom with a Double bed on the ground floor, which has a large fitted wardrobe. Across from this bedroom is a bath room with walk in shower, with vanity basin, toilet and hairdryer.

The 3rd and 4th Bedrooms upstairs are both twin bedrooms, The fifth bed room has a Queen bed - all come with fitted wardrobes, and ceiling fans with fitted lamps.

The 3 bedrooms upstairs share the family bathroom which consists of full bath with shower over, vanity basin, toilet, and hairdryer.

This Home is fully equipped for a FAMILY VACATION, For the Kids: playpen, high chair, safety fence for stairs etc.

AC (Air Conditioning and Heating), Free Wi-Fi.

TV - ROKU Devices - Stream your favorite shows and films

Large house, showing some wear and tear but very comfortable.I had several issues on arrival - the internet and washing machine and some broken furniture. However these were dealt with very promptly and in a friendly fashion

Great place

Me and my friends stayed here while on a trip for Disney. Perfect distance from Disney and a mile from a Walmart which we went to a lot. The place itself is also really nice and was great for our stay.

Love it!

We've rented this house twice and will continue to rent this property every time we come down to visit. The neighborhood is nice, quiet, and is in a good central location for us to keep the kids happy with Old Town and attractions but still close enough to St. Cloud (where I grew up) to see friends and family. If you're looking for a good value, private pool, private yard, safe neighborhood, and a very responsive and friendly host, this is the place.

We came Orlando FL aftet 8years. We had very good time and made very nice memories with our family. House was exactly as it was described online. Just wasn’t very happy with pool. It has bad smell and not clean . Please pay attention to that part. Other then that we all were very happy with house . Definitely refer friends and family. Looking forward come soon!!!

Needs to be clean better

My experience about this property was disappointing garbage was on the side of road the whole week which garbage was never dump roach in the closet rip sheet molded pillows whish I can leave a video which I save things was not up to part wasn't please about the cleaning at all and also bent screen door took pictures of everything if you just looking to just lay your head and leave then this your go to property if not go else who were location of everything was great just I believe the home should of been clean a little better not have moldy pillows rip sheet on the beds cleaning suppose to party of the guest comfort and safety

house was clean. a/c worked. pool clean, beds comfortable, fridge/freezer worked, overall, a nice rental. however, the home is showing its age and lack of upkeep. . Issues were, it is 5 bedroom, only 4 glasses; few towels, no hand clothes nor tea towels etc for cleaning dishes; stove elements leaned at 30%; fridge missing shelves, pool tiles missing. TV's did not work great, some did not at all, sometimes just missing batteries in remotes, but instructions did not seem to coincide with the tv remote combinations.

If your looking for something a little more up to date, this house isnt for you. There was upkeep that you can tell wasnt taken care of. Updated lighting needs done(including light switch programing/ lots didnt work right), pool needs a little work. Some furniture need updated. They where falling apart. Home doesnt look to be update since its official start of rental. Overall tho it served as a roof over our head well we where there.

Nice quiet neighborhood. Lots of space and the rooms were nice. Having the pool right outside was a huge perk for the kids. Management was quick to respond to fixing the issues we had!

Recommendations

It looks just like the photos. It really could use a good cleaning, especially the ceiling fan and ceiling vents, and the grime on the woodwork. I would also recommend an inside lock so renters feel safe when home. ... similar to a lock in the hotel so a housekeeper can not unlock the door.

Great location

We stayed here while serving at Give Kids the World. We could walk over there. Having Walmart right around the corner helped too Beds were comfortable. House was clean. It had everything we needed.

Great for the price

Very close to Disney, disney springs, and the airport. 24 hour super Walmart right down the block! Some issues but the owner answered back right away and all was taken care of! For the price it was great for all 9 of us!

2 month stay

Very good location for all things Disney, walking, shopping and restaurants. When contacted, FHH were already aware of some of the issues we encountered (nothing too serious). The house itself could use some TLC, perhaps a fresh coat of paint, especially at the front and into the entrance way (first impressions are important). It is equipped with very old appliances and uncomfortable furniture (except the bed in the master, it was quite comfy for sleeping.) Being our first time for this kind of stay, I thought the kitchen would have been better equipped. I had to purchase knives (for cook prep) and teaspoons (there were none) Also had to buy hand towels (there were none) The TV's were less than satisfactory for sound quality and screen size, they were comparable to the size of computer monitors. We had a pleasant enough stay.

My Family Reunion

We had a great time at this vacation home. The house was well kept, clean and had everything we needed to make our stay a great one. It was large for my families to meet and eat together on the day of our reunion. Anytime we are in Florida to visit our family we will be renting this home again.

Family vacation

Had a great time! Loved the size of the home. Very specious for a family of 10 and we didn't need to argue about using the bathroom since there were 3. I would recommend this place to others. And the location was great, it was close to our destinations.

Great property with lots of space

Our group of 10 stayed for three days, midweek, Midsummer. It's in a convenient location, has its own pool, and lots of amenities. The beds were comfortable and the place was spacious and, which left little to be desired. There could've been more towels and there was a little problem with insects. However, the property manager was quick to take care of us. Would stay again on another visit.
