Family trip

Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, the house provided enough soap to run the dishwasher twice and the washing machine twice but bring your own trash bags and wash cloths. There were a couple maintenance issues we brought up to the owner.

Great location and place

My family loved their stay. They found the house spacious, with good entertainment, enjoyed the pool, and best of all, it's close to everything. Definitely our first choice when we return to Florida. The house needs a little updating, but it's a good place, accessible to everything, where you can spend a few days with your family feeling safe and comfortable. During our stay, we needed to contact the owner, but he responded promptly and was very kind and attentive. We were very pleased with our reservation.

Disney vacation

This is a very nice house. If your main reason for renting is going to Disney, it’s a little bit far from Orlando, closer to St -Cloud.Cleanliness was just ok. Dust on the dressers, dressers drawer could have been cleaned. I bought some tissue paper to put inside. Rugs in the bathroom could have been vacuumed. My husband had to take the broom to clear a spider web on the living room ceiling. Overall if you just want to rent to relaxe and enjoy the pool, it’s a good, quiet neighborhood.

Magical Christmas in Florida

Overall family stay was awesome Except the washing machine went out the day before our departure and we didn’t get anyone to come service the machine so we could wash the towels. Only mishap

A week of convenience

I have family that lives a couple of streets away and this location was perfect for us to get together and hang out. Plus it was close enough to the Disney, universal, or Seaworld if we wanted to go. We never needed the game room but new we had one if we needed it This location was also close to shopping and restaurants. Loved the stay for the second time!

Quiet, peaceful and relaxing

This hope was so clean, spacious and had everything we needed! Great to have a heated pool for the chilly evenings and having games in the garage were great! Great location and quiet and peaceful! Definitely will be back when in the area again!

Good Location, Nice Neighborhood

Overall we enjoyed our stay, the rating represents some maintenance issues that were sent separately about the property. This was our first stay thru VRBO and will most likely use again.

Girl's weekend

Spacious, clean house. Quiet neighborhood. Game tables in the garage were a nice plus for activities without leaving the property. Some air traffic noise, but not noticeable inside the house. Great place to relax and catch up with friends.

Great location!

We were happy with the convenient location and the layout of the home. Everything we needed was provided and communication with owner and manager was very good. Small issue with cable was resolved promptly and with courtesy. The pool was clean and a nice bonus!

Great stay in Remington area

We had a great stay at this house! It was clean, there were towels, adequate dishes for breakfasts, and a nice dining room to play games. Two of our group used the pool once and said it was wonderful. The game garage was awesome- I'm sad we didn't get to play anything. Pretty managers very responsive and helpful.

Overall disappointing

This rental was just disappointing. I wanted to like it but it is in need of an update badly. All the appliances are very old. The dryer broke halfway through our trip and they could not fix until after we checked out. The sliding glass door is horrible. It’s very hard to open and close. The bunk bed is in horrible shape and the ladder is completely broken off. The worst part of our trip was the AC. It could not keep up with the Orlando heat. We had to keep all the blinds and curtains closed. We could not open any doors and the coolest we could get it to was 80 degrees. The management company did someone send someone out but the AC company said the unit was too old and needed replaced and the owners were aware. It was so hot and uncomfortable all week. We made sure the owners were aware and I received nothing but a “we’re sorry” voicemail.

Nice property in a great location!

This house worked great for us, and was a great deal for the price. It was very clean, and had a well stocked kitchen. The pool was nice, and had great patio furniture. There was nighttime security in the gated community, so we felt safe. The location was pretty good for Disney or Universal trips. The AC couldn’t quite keep up and didn’t usually get below 76-78 during the day.

Over the years we have enjoyed memorable holidays in Florida. We have become so used to the lifestyle and enjoyed the feeling of being comfortable and at home.
In May 2011 we purchased our holiday villa so we could have that continued sense of being at home on holiday with our family.
As a family we treasure spending quality time together with the children. Time is spent relaxing by the pool in the peaceful gated community, going on day trips to the near by Disney theme parks or simply watching a DVD or cable T.V.
We want you to enjoy your holiday villa with a sense of home from home, just comfortable.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The gated community was an instant attraction the surrounding were beautiful and green. I like the assurance that we can feel safe in this community and I would be content to know that any family that comes here would feel the same.
Another reason for buying this villa is that it is close to amenities and not too far from the Disney theme parks. A swimming pool is essential (for relaxation) in a villa, especially when you have been out and about the shops or around the Theme parks.

The flooring to the house is completely tiled throughout with ceramic tiles.

Some interesting books are provided in the living area for your reading pleasure and relaxation.
