Queen private room. Across The Hall From A Full Bath.

Ocean Room: Group room sleeps 4.
Unique ocean mural. Backyard Access.
Bunk Bed. Twin on top, full on bottom.

Back Master Bedroom:
Queen. Handmade Art Doors.
Curbless Shower, With Bench, Two Shower Heads, Backyard Access.
Opens up to back deck. Best room in the house.

Wheelchair Friendly:
There Is a ramp that goes from the side of the house to the back master bedroom. Handy-capped Shower (not fully ADA, but accessible if you're in a chair) In Back master and hall and kitchen are on the same level. To get to the living room, go out the back, down the ramp and through the front room. Reach out to us if you have any questions. :D

If you are interested in using the house for small professional shoots you must get our permission first. No adult films.
Culver City requires a permit. (http://www.culvercitypd.org/filmpermits.html). You are responsible for carrying insurance and getting relevant permits.

No Parties.

No pets.

9 pm Quiet time on Weekdays, 10 PM quiet time on weekends. It's a family neighborhood, remember?

There is an upstairs unit that does not share space, access points, back yard, or amenities.

Check OUT: 10 AM
We do a massive clean between guests and that takes time. Please ask in advance if you need to come earlier or leave later. We'll be upfront about availability.
