Calme, grand studio à l'étage avec jardin privé avec table, chaises et parasol pour manger en plein air. Joliment meublé et coin cuisine et salle de bains avec des draps de luxe entièrement équipée. A quelques minutes de marche dynamique Ventura Blvd avec de grands restaurants, cinéma, shopping, randonnée locale et les marchés des agriculteurs.
Idéalement situé au 101, (Ventura) et 405 (San Diego) Freeways pour un accès rapide aux principales attractions touristiques comme Universal Studios, Hollywood Blvd, Hollywood Bowl, Griffith Park, Burbank Studios, Studio City et au-delà. La plage à Santa Monica et Venice est à environ 20 minutes de route au sud. Centre-ville, Staples, Lalive and Convention Center est également à environ 20 minutes à l'est de notre emplacement.

Quiet, comfortable and well stocked home from home!

What a pleasure to find this newly listed rental. The apartment has a separate entrance from the house and a separate garden where I ate breakfast and read the newspaper. Helen had a welcome basket waiting for me and the air conditioning unit cooled down the room very quickly. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything I needed and more and the shower gave plentiful hot water. Easy parking and walking distance to stores, manicure, restaurants and the cinema at Sherman Oaks Galleria was a bonus. An added bonus was that the freeway was so close; I got to my friends' home easily. Strongly recommend.

Great stay at a great place!

I had a wonderful stay here over the month I was in town. Vicky was the most amazing and accommodating host! She was able to resolve any small issues I had instantly which I am so thankful for! I will add that the “coin laundry” is not on site and refers to local laundromats (which proved to be no issue), and the kitchen includes a mini refrigerator (no freezer), a microwave, small toaster oven, and a plug-in burner. Perhaps it was my misreading of the listing, but I wanted to give a heads up to those looking to book in the future if it makes a difference to you at all. Nevertheless, it was a great and safe property, I would definitely stay here again if ever in the area.

Cute and clean rental

This was a very cute and clean rental. I stayed here in between selling and purchasing a home and it was perfect. Vicky was very responsive and the unit had everything I needed. Great location as well.

Perfect small place in a great neighborhood.

Vicky has a perfect little oasis so close to everything we wanted to do. I loved that we had access to a small yard and parking on the street in front of the house for the evenings and weekends. We always bring our fur babies when we go on vacation, and Vicky’s place fit the bill perfectly. Thanks for everything and we hope to stay with you again!

Quiet and accommodating

The properties are exactly as advertised. Quiet, comfortable and clean. I was staying while recovering from surgery and Vicky was absolutely amazing with accommodating any unique needs I had and ensuring my husband and I had what I needed. We’ll be renting from her again for sure.

Perfect little place

I live in LA but needed a place to stay in the Valley while some changes were happening at my home. Vicky's property was perfect. The vibe is welcoming and I immediately felt comfortable. The kitchen was big enough for small meals as well as coffee in the morning. The neighborhood is quiet and prefect for walking. Ventura Blvd is just up the block with numerous restaurants to grab a meal or a drink(s). The location is ideal as well if you work in Burbank or North Hollywood. My commute most days was 15 minutes. Vicky was always accommodating, friendly and easy to reach. I highly recommend her property. Thanks for a very pleasant stay.

Smaller than expected. Adequate for our short stay. Could use some updating.

Smaller than appeared in pics. Room was clean enough but carpet had a lot of stains. Kitchen had almost every appliance you could want, almost too crowded for the small space. Bathroom small, with only a pedestal sink, lacks counter area for toiletries. Only one set of towels per person provided for our 6 night stay. Nice neighborhood, walking distance to nice restaurants. A nice enough place for a short stay for two people.

Cozy and convenient location

We stayed in the downstairs studio apartment. The efficient setup of the space worked well for my husband and me. The kitchen alcove and table for two were perfect for our first cup of coffee and a simple breakfast. A short 5-minute walk away was Ventura Blvd. with many restaurants (Marmalade Café was our favorite and was a great recommendation by Vicky), a movie theater and shopping. A 30-minute walk took us to Westfield Mall. Don't miss Huntington Library, Art Collection and Botanical Gardens in San Marino. This property is in a quiet neighborhood, and Vicky was readily available to answer any questions we had. We would stay here again.

Great location

Brilliant thanks. Super easy to find and check in . Nicely decorated and very clean. Walking distance from lovely restaurants on Ventura. Starbucks just a 6 minute walk away. For me the highlight was how quiet it was , very relaxing no noisy neighbors. Would definitely stay here again if I'm in Sherman Oaks.

Lovely Upper Studio

The property owner Vicky was very pleasant to work with and quick to respond to our pre-arrival questions. We were very pleased to find the property just as described - lite and airy. We found the 2nd floor studio very clean, the bed comfortable, and the kitchen equipped with everything we needed for our 5-day stay. The studio was located in a nice neighborhood and within walking distance to Ventura Blvd, so we had lots of options for restaurants and shops. You will not be disappointed!

GREAT LITTLE PLACE

Very well appointed studio rental - stayed here for 3 weeks while working in LA didn't have any problems at all - very quiet and easy to get to - street parking was not an issue - vicky was lovely and very accommodating -the place is small but comfortable - Enjoy!

A lucky find!

My husband and I spent 4 nights in this cute studio apartment. It was nice and quiet with a comfortable queen bed and plushy linens. We really appreciated the 2 vases of fresh flowers and the goodie basket with fresh fruit, cookies, snacks and bottled water to take with us. The kitchen was better stocked than my own! I was concerned from the pictures that it might have a low ceiling, but it was not low at all and the room with it's kitchen alcove felt perfectly clean, spacious, light and cheery. Great location, safe neighborhood for walking and convenient to lots of interesting venues. I'd definitely book it again on future visits.
