Chic studio apartment with direct access to the beach and Olympic sized pool in Condado. Come enjoy a relaxing stay that includes a parking, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer in the apartment, air conditioning, cable, Wi-Fi and a desktop computer for your use. Relax after a day at the beach on the full size nook bed that includes a memory foam mattress. Additional guests can sleep on a full sized air mattress.

Building amenities also include a gym, tennis courts, bbq area and play room.

The apartment has been remodeled from top to bottom and includes brand new furnishings. For your convenience, beach towels, chairs, umbrella and cooler are available for your use. Just bring your clothes!

Great spot on the beach.

The property was fabulous! The condo was very clean and designed very well. Yormari was very gracious to my requests and responsive. I look forward to renting out this location again in March.

Good access to beaches and downtown

The apartment was clean and well laid out. We booked it for 3 people, which meant our daughter had to use the provided air mattress. A little more info from the host left for us in writing would have been helpful. Like where to find the air mattress. Overall, very easy check in and a good location. Literally right on the beach, although not a particularly swimable one. Nice choice for an affordable price.

Amazing Location, Right on the Beach

We just spent a lovely weekend in Puerto Rico, made all the more enjoyable by staying at this property. Yormari was an excellent host - responded to all my questions super promptly - very easy check in and check out instructions. The location of these apartments/condos is perfection - multiple food spots to choose from, 10 minute walk to the casinos, 10-15 minute drive from the airport. Loved that parking was included, although we hardly drove the car because we were able to walk many cool places to try out. The building itself is under renovation right now, so the kiddie pool and one (of two) beach access is closed. It looks like they are ensuring the structural integrity of the building is sound, and that is always great. The apartment was furnished beautifully with great furniture and amenities needed. The bed is in a wonderfully cozy nook, separating from the rest of the apartment. The neighbors across the way had their door open and you could see the GORGEOUS view of the ocean and palm trees swaying in the breeze, immediately putting us in the right mindset. The beach itself is perfection - offering shade in the heat of the daytime, and a nice cool breeze nonstop. We encountered many people who keep returning to apartments in this condo for vacations. It was the perfect January escape, and I could definitely see ourselves rebooking to enjoy the beauty of the location.
