Oceanfront + Pool + Beach + Ocean View Balcony

Our private apartment we call `Balcony View for 2` is new to the market and is a renovated Poolside Studio apartment on Condado Beach in the secure gated condominium of Condado del Mar.

Located on the 3rd floor of the walk up cabana apartments, our renovated, sunny cabana apartment provides sleeping for 2 in a Queen bed and 1 full bathroom. The kitchen includes refrigerator, 4 electric burners, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, utensils, pots, pans, glassware and silverware. All linens, pillows, towels, bathroom amenities, iron/ironing board and hairdryer are provided. We also provide linens and towels. Beach towels and beach chairs will be waiting for you! The apartment has streaming TV for those nights when you just want to stay in and watch Netflix or Prime after a beautiful day at the pool or the beach. The apartment is fully air conditioned. We provide High-Speed WIFI and streaming TV. Secure, outdoor parking for one car is included. This beautiful apartment is in a SUPER location in the heart of Condado. You`ll be able to walk to La Concha Resort and Casino. Both resorts offer services at the beach for a fee. You`ll also be able to walk to all the Condado restaurants, bars, CVS, Walgreens, liquor store, and a full service 24/7 supermarket. Just 15 min from Luis Munoz International Airport, 10 min to Old San Juan, 40 min to El Yunque. UBER or taxi to anything around, Old San Juan, Isla Verde and Condado and beyond.

Our goal is to provide a seamless vacation. We are nearby and attend to our guests personally.


Condado Del Mar is planning a much needed cosmetic renovation which should not affect your stay in any way.

Gated condominium between Ashford Avenue and the beach. 24 hour security. You`ll have access to the entire apartment, as well as the pool and tennis court.

We`re local and only a phone call away.

STORMS and HURRICANE POLICY - No refunds will be given unless the National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuation; the day of the order we will refund any unused portion from the booking/ any reservation scheduled to arrive during said mandatory evacuation. No refunds are issued for rain or tropical storms as we have no control of weather and you are traveling to a tropical Island, after all. Cancelled vacation can be rescheduled according to availability.
KASA House Rules and Policies:
Welcome to KASA! We’re excited to host you and want to ensure you have a fantastic stay. Here are a few important guidelines to help make your experience enjoyable and avoid any misunderstandings.

In order receive detailed self-check in instructions, the guest is required to upload a photo government ID of every guest staying at the property as well as phone number and email for each party.
The individual who makes the reservation must be the registered guest, be at least 25 years old. We kindly ask guests to use the property as a vacation rental, adhering to all applicable laws. Only the confirmed number of guests listed in the reservation are allowed in the unit. We kindly as our guests to maintain a peaceful environment, ensuring that noise or disturbances do not disturb nearby property owners. Any disruptive behavior in the unit or common areas may lead to the immediate eviction from the premises, and unfortunately, no refunds will be offered. Guests will also be responsible for any fines incurred due to inappropriate behavior while on the property.
Check-in is available any time after 3 PM, and we kindly ask that you check out by 11 AM. Special arrangements, if possible, may be made in advance by contacting KASA.
We want to maintain a peaceful environment, so parties or events are not permitted unless specifically approved in advance.
For the comfort of all our guests, smoking or vaping products are not allowed in the property. A fee of $500 will be incurred if this policy is not followed.

In the event that you misplace any items, please note the following fees:
$75 for lost keys
$50 for lost or damaged TV remote or AC/FAN remote
$60 for lost or damaged parking remote.
As your host during this short-term stay, we retain the right to cancel a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances. If that happens, we will strive to provide similar accommodation or offer a full refund or credit for a future visit.
Please be aware that our cancellation policy varies based on the booking. You can find the specific terms associated with your reservation on the booking platform used. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within ten business days.
If you`ve been approved to bring a pet, an additional $250 damage deposit will apply.
If you do not check in for your reservation, without prior notice, the entire cost of the stay will be charged, and no refunds will be issued.
Regarding utility outages, please note that if they occur due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to provide refunds or compensation unless the outage lasts more than 24 hours. In such cases, any compensation will be determined at the host`s discretion. For any issues related to Wi-Fi outages, we will do everything possible to have services restored by the provider, however, we regret that no refunds can be issued.
If guests leave personal items behind, we will make every reasonable effort to return them after contacting the guest. However, if these items remain unclaimed for 30 days, they will become the property of the host, who cannot be held responsible for their condition.
We also want to clarify that no refunds can be granted for shortened stays due to adverse weather, personal emergencies, or other commitments.
Please be aware that KASA cannot accept responsibility for any damages to vehicles parked on the property.
We understand that weather can be a concern when traveling to a tropical island. Our hurricane and storm policy are designed to be clear and fair. Refunds will only be issued if the National Weather Service declares a mandatory evacuation for our location. In such a case, we`ll refund the unused portion of your current booking, or any reservation scheduled to begin during the mandatory evacuation period, starting from the day the order is given. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for regular rain or tropical storms, as these are part of the natural climate here. However, we`re happy to work with you to reschedule your cancelled vacation based on our availability.
LIABILITY WAIVER: KASA Vacation Rentals is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items that belong to guests. This includes losses from natural events such as floods, storms, or other `Acts of Nature.` Additionally, for incidents like fire, water issues, power outages beyond our control, or disruptions caused by service providers, KASA cannot be held responsible for any additional costs or losses incurred by the guest.
To ensure a pleasant stay for all, it`s essential to adhere to these guidelines, along with property and public health regulations. Noncompliance may result in early termination of the reservation without a refund. Guests agree to cover any reasonable costs, including attorney fees, incurred by the owner in enforcing this agreement.

Our recent stay at this property was great! Starting with the communication with the host was exceptional. They made sure that all our questions and concerns were addressed. The unit is furnished with complete kitchen amenities, clean sheets and towels. The AC was nice and cold and we loved the ceiling fan! Don’t forget the Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs and cooler! The location is amazing. Thinking of coming back already.

Good Value for the Money

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is accurately represented the pictures. It is newly renovated, well-appointed the double bed is comfortable. The apartment is conveniently located on the beach, on the Ashford Avenue strip, where there are many restaurants, bars and shops along a one-mile strip. It is also a five-minute walk to the SuperMax supermarket and to Calle Loiza, where there are many other bars and restaurants. It is a 5-10 minute Uber ride to Old San Juan, T-Mobil Plaza and La Placita, so you don't need to rent a car unless you want to venture further into the island. We would stay here again.

OVERALL - I recommend!! It is a great location on the beach but away from the noise on the main road, very clean, comfortable bed (albeit very low to the ground), great ac and fan to relax under after a long hot day. The included bottles of water that were waiting for us in the fridge, the beach chairs & beach towels were also a very nice touch! There is 24 hour security to let us in when we arrived later than midnight, which was wonderful. Peter was also always quick to reply to any questions! Cons: The futon does not work well as a couch - Do not sit on it, it started to slide into bed mode and I slightly injured my leg trying to catch myself & I'm not fragile! Also - it is right against the wall so take pics when you arrive so that you can't be blamed for it damaging the wall. The water in the shower did not get hot, lukewarm at best so after a long day in the heat and walking around the rainforest, it wasn't the hot shower I wanted/needed. Additionally, the water from the shower will leak on the floor, there's no adjusting the main parts of the shower head to prevent it so clothes got wet and we used the floor towel, 2 hand towels and a regular towel trying to dry the floor! No big deal but it was annoying and could be dangerous for someone if they were to slip on the floor. Last very small annoyance - there's one set of keys and you need the key to lock the door on the inside so no splitting up or you may be locked in/out (the unit, the gate, gate forbeach access)
