The property was clean, and communication with the owner was easy and as expected. While it met our needs for this trip, the unit could use some general maintenance, as there were a few broken or worn items. We were also surprised by the amount of noise from the unit below. The entrance was directly beneath the queen bedroom and the room shook whenever the door was used (once at 3:30am!). Overall, it was an adequate stay.

Nice quiet neighborhood

Very nice and comfortable place to stay in a very quiet neighborhood. Host was very caring and quick to respond. Two thumbs up👍👍

Comfortable and everything needed for comfort was provided. Could use with towel rods in bathroom and door in front of laundry closet. Hence a good rating.

House was in a great location and convenient for getting to and from Boston. There were a few things that caused me not to leave a 5 star rating. One was there was a dead mouse under kitchen sink. Several of the dishes were dirty from previous tenants and dishwasher was broken and held together with twist ties. There were 2 windows that didn’t close completely causing bad drafts when windy outside. Other than that the house was beautiful and stay was great.
