Cozy 2-bedroom apartment in charming historic 1920's home with original bathroom and all original woodwork, updated with modern amenities and wanting for nothing. Enjoy an amazing night's sleep on new luxury firm hybrid mattresses in both the king and queen bedrooms, with luxurious hotel-style linens and comforters and pillows. Well-stocked eat-in kitchen with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal including gas stove, complete pots and pans, dishwasher, coffee station, microwave, etc. A short Uber or subway ride into Boston. Centrally located for day-trips to Salem, the Cape, Maine, the White Mountains, and about a mile from the new Assembly Row complex with restaurants, movie theatre, and shopping; and less than two miles from Encore Boston Harbor Casino.

We LOVED our stay here! It had the best equipped kitchen I've ever seen in a Vrbo, and there was an amazing closet filled with perfectly folded towels and extra supplies. Our family loved all the fun games and charming decor. Highly recommend!!!!

Wow, what a beautiful place. This ground floor unit has been lovingly restored, and looks even better in person than in the pictures. This place is furnished for high end living, and feels like you've been invited to a wealthy friend's home for your visit. Lots of room to relax and enjoy a visit to Boston. The off-street parking is a blessing in this neighborhood. The location is a very convenient base from which to tour; we visited Lexington and Concord and Salem and the Harvard University museums during our several days here in August 2026. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, and many more just a short drive away, though we mostly ordered delivery for our dinners. The host communicates very well, and is quite helpful. I will stay here again without hesitation.

This is an exceptional property across categories. It's pristine and the most well-provisioned of all places at which we have stayed. You can tell how much it means to the host to make his home welcoming; he has a generous spirit. This place is better than the pictures and the reviews are spot on! SPOTLESS property, completely stocked with high-quality amenities. Really impressive. The beds were are soft with lots of pillows and stylish linens. Nothing is overlooked. This first floor unit is in an older home that has been completely renovated to leave all the character like the vintage wood molding, but all updated high quality appliances and furnishings I want at home! A lot of love and attention to detail. Upscale place for a reasonable price given all the amenities. I had a rather large truck so the driveway was a bit challenging for me but would be just fine for a normal SUV or car. We used Uber and Lyft which was quick and easy to key Boston sights. 15-20 minutes. Great place and I sure hope to stay again!

The house was beautiful, elegant and peaceful. It was nice to have all the spices and things like butter and eggs in the fridge and condiments even things like applesauce and noodles in the cabinets made it feel homey. Thank you.It was actually very easy with google maps to take the back roads to the airport and miss lots of freeway traffic.

This home was wonderful. Impeccably clean, extremely comfortable beds and couches, and fully stocked with everything plus more that you could possibly need. And the location being so close to Boston was amazing. The seller’s instructions were also clear and communication was friendly and responsive. I have nothing but positive things to say about the whole experience. I am looking forward to staying here again if I am in the area.

We met Mark upon our arrival and he was very kind to give us a tour of his beautiful home. The kitchen was well-equipped to host a dinner and two brunches! I am a handyman and have spent the last eighteen years bringing this property back to it's original glory, while also bringing it into the 21st century with modern amenities. The apartment is a separate unit in my two-family home; I live in the other unit so I will be here if you need me. You will see me out and about painting and maintaining the home.

The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood in the up-and-coming Boston suburb of Malden. Malden boasts many wonderful restaurants with great ethnic diversity, a bustling town center which is walking distance which includes Boda Borg, tea shops, juice bars, and restaurants. Malden is less than three miles from the Boston City line, less than two miles from the Encore Boston Harbor Casino, and only two miles from Assembly Row which has many restaurants, a luxury theatre, and a game center. It is also conveniently located for day trips to Salem, the coast of Maine, or the Cape.
