Custom Lake House with panoramic lake views from every room. Enjoy a BBQ overlooking spectacular sunsets off the deck while bird watching with a glass of wine from local Lake County wineries. Unwind in the relaxing jacuzzi tub. We have 4TVs, foosball table, and a pool table. Dine at nearby Casinos and listen to live bands. Weekends are busy with festivals around the lake. Enjoy music in the Parks. Take a hike on Mt Konocti hiking trail. Plenty of areas to go fishing.

Neighborhood is quiet. Beautiful views. The home is spacious and very comfortable. Kitchen is stocked with cooking essentials.

Stores are nearby. In Lucerne, Lakeview market has a butcher about 3 miles away. Best meat in the county. There is a Safeway, Grocery Outlet, Dollar Tree and IGA Market for your shopping needs in Clearlake. There is a Big 5, Tractor Supply and Walmart also in Clearlake.

It was perfect excep the upstairs hvac doesnt work, the corkscrew and can opener were missing, and the tv did not have a Roku and did not hook up to the internet properly, the electric stove burners were not very strong and or need repair. The photos of the second bedroom and the sofa couch were missing. The gas fireplace and the outdoor gas fire pit did not work. The host was slow on message, but you can call the number and the local housekeeper picks up. We called because the original code did not work. There is a nice lake view and it is very cozy once you get the heat on the downstairs on. There was also some very good black looseleaf tea. Lots of kitchen supplies.
