About the host
Hosted by Thomas M. Burlager
I enjoy being a VRBO host and taking care of guests! I try to anticipate their needs and that they have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
I was born and raised just outside of Detroit, Michigan in Fraser. I live in beautiful North Carolina and have lived here for nearly 10 years. Though I love the beaches here, my heart is in the mountains particularly in Blowing Rock.

Why they chose this property
The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful on most nights. Everyone is very friendly.
What makes this property unique
The location is perfect! The cabin is only 2 minutes to Blowing Rock and you are right off the Blue Ridge Parkway. You are very close to all the activities the area offers whether it is horseback riding, hiking at the many trails like Moses Cone and Grandfather Mountain, white water rafting, winter sports like skiing, tubing and ice skating, or touring a winery.
The hot tub is terrific to use to relax after a busy day and you can see the lights of the Appalacian Ski Resort from the deck.
