Amazing house right on the sea with the unique position offers beautiful holidays.
Ruins of an old fisherman’s house turned into a holiday house in the sixties.
House is completely renovated in 2015.
Fully equipped kitchen , dining and living room , bathroom and
one room with two single beds are on the first floor. The bathroom , one bedroom with double bed and the other bedroom with double bed are placed on the 2nd floor. Four terraces with stunning view and beautiful Mediterranean garden are ideal for relaxation and hanging out with your friends and family.
In front of the house there is a beach with mooring for your boat.

Das Ferienhaus ist einfach nur perfekt und die Lage direkt am Wasser traumhaft schön. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend und auch die Kommunikation mit Hausverwalter und Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank, dass wir eine Woche in diesem tollen Haus verbringen durften, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Haus direkt am Meer

Es war einer der schönsten Urlaube die wir bisher in Kroatien verbracht haben. Das Haus, die Lage und das ganze Zubehör (Küchengeräte, stand up paddle, Räder) war alles super. Das beste war der private zugang zum Meer und alles rundherum einfach nur Tip top. Ein sehr entspannter Urlaub, wir fühlten uns vom angrenzenden öffentliche Badestrand überhaupt nicht gestört. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfect holiday home

We spent a wonderful week in July in this perfect holiday home directly at the seaside. The location is wonderful and the house is one of a kind. Thank you to the owners - we would love to come back. I already recommended this property to my best friends.

The perfect holiday!

Marija and Darko are unique, as is their house by the sea! Our expectations were far exceeded. The welcome and care during our stay was very cordial. The house is very clean and modern (as in the photos). Everything was there, we did not miss anything. Arrived and the holiday could start immediately. In an absolutely fantastic location. After 7 days we all (adults, teenagers and children) unanimously decided that this was the perfect holiday for us. Unfortunately too short. We will be back next year.

Prachtige villa op supermooie locatie met prive strandje

2 heerlijke weken vakantie gevierd in Villa Marija met onze 4 dochters. Huis, inclusief keuken, is helemaal compleet ingericht en super schoon aan ons overgedragen. Eigen kayak aan de boei voor ons huis gelegd voor leuke tochtjes langs de kust. Crikvenica op paar kilometer afstand met grote supermarkten, gezellige boulevard met restaurantjes en haventjes. Villa Marija is het enige huis in de omgeving dat echt direct aan het water ligt en een prive-strandje heeft waar je heerlijk kunt zwemmen en snorkelen. Fijn overleg met de eigenaresse over praktische vragen. Brug naar eiland Krk is 10 km verderop voor een dagtocht over dit prachtige eiland. Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug!

Wunderschönes Haus in traumhafter Lage

Wunderschönes Haus, sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet, in traumhafter Lage direkt am Wasser und vor allem, was in dieser Form nur sehr selten in Kroatien zu finden ist, mit privatem Strand und eigenem Meereszugang, einfach perfekt. Wir haben uns in dem Haus wirklich gleich sehr wohl gefühlt und wurden während unseres Aufenthalts sehr freundlich und aufmerksam von den Vermietern betreut. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

Absolut tolles Domizil!

Liebe Marija, lieber Darko, Ihr habt wirklich ein ganz, ganz tolles Domizil! Das Haus entspricht ganz den schönen Bildern. Alles ist super sauber und absolut neuwertig. Man fühlt sich ab dem 1. Moment sehr wohl. Das Haus ist mit allem perfekt ausgestattet - sogar mit einer warmen Außendusche! Und die beiden Fahrräder sind top und sehr gepflegt. Mit ihnen kann man herrlich den Weg an der Küste erkunden. Auch die Infrastruktur ist super. Der Flughafen ist ca. 20 Minuten entfernt. Die Mietwagenübergabe dort klappt zügig und reibungslos. Ein ganz neuer großer Supermarkt ist in direkter Nähe, wie ein kleiner direkt im Ort. Eine Strandbar und ein nettes Restaurant sind fußläufig schnell erreichbar! Und überall ist man freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine Woche lang 30 Grad im Schatten und 24 Grad Wassertemperatur - ohne einen Regentropfen. Besser geht es nicht! Wir wollen auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

A fabulous find in Croatia

Excellent standard of presentation and extremely clean. The photos say a thousand words! It is perfect in every way! This house is very unique as there are no other beachfront houses. Very private, secure and close to everything. The addition of bicycles is a fabulous touch as it is a very bicycle friendly area. The owners are very nice people. Thank you Marija and Darko for sharing your fantastic house! We would definitely return and highly recommend.

Perfect vacation

We enjoyed the house very much with our family. It is located directly at the sea in a quiet atmosphere. Great to relax. The house is well equiped so that you feel like home and you do not miss anything. It is completely renovated in a very modern style and matched perfect our expectations. The owners are very friendly and helpful, so that we felt very comfortable and served best the whole time. We loved to stay there.

perfect holiday right on the sea

Unser Urlaub im Haus Marija war einfach herrlich! Eine Woche Erholung pur in diesem wirklich gelungen renovierten Haus direkt am Meer . Schöne Materialien, alles geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit vielen liebevollen Details, eine super ausgestattete Küche, verschiedene Terrassen mit herrlichem Ausblick und vor allem der kleine Steinstrand direkt vor der Tür - einfach toll! Die Kommunikation mit Marija war unkompliziert und sehr entgegenkommend. Es gibt 2 Fahrräder, mit denen man problemlos den Einkauf erldigen kann. Man braucht eigentlich nur ein paar gute Bücher, Taucherbrille und Schnorchel mitzubringen und der Urlaub ist perfekt! Wir kommen sicher wieder! Our holiday in House Marija was simply marvelous! We had a great time staying at this very well renovated house right by the sea. Nice materials, tastefully furnished and decorated with lots of nice details, a very well appointed kitchen, different terraces with great views and a little rocky beach right in front of the house – just wonderful! Communication with Marija was straightforward and very forthcoming. There are 2 bicycles good for going to the nearby supermarket or restaurants, so all you actually will need to bring is some good books, snorkel and mask and your holyday will be just perfect! We definitely will come back!

Upscale furnished house at a very nice location

The owners description on the website including the pictures reflect the reality. We were the first ones to enjoy a wonderful place after its complete renovation. It was clean and is tastefully decorated , very nicely furnished and equipped at upscale standard. Two modern bathrooms with showers. Everything was there in the house: WIFI, a fully equiped kitchen incl. cooking utensils, dish washer, washing machine, fridge, oven, air condition and heating, four flat TV screens (satellites: german, english channels), we loved it ! Also a BBQ Webber is available which we used every day. Nice neighborhood it is very quiet. A coffee bar and two restaurants (basic food) are in walking distance. Two bicycles are available to reach the nearby shop (small supermarket) or to explore the surroundings. The property has a nice garden and is protected by a large gate and a seperate door and therefore only accessible by the guests. It makes you feel save. Location is just perfect just on the waterfront. An early swim before breakfast is highly recommended . The views from the terraces are just amazing! The owners Marija and Darko were very helpful with tipps and hints for excursions. We highly recommend this place and will consider coming back on another holiday. Remark: maybe less suitable for families with small children due to the stairs that connect the ground and first floor and the other one leading to the waterfront.
