A great Escalante base camp!

This was a very nice studio unit in the Escalante district; it was clean, nicely appointed, and met all of my needs. It was especially great because I was looking for a home base for a snap four-day trip to San Jose - my goal was to have a central location for intense walking tours of the downtown and its cultural sites as well as ready access to the Escalante restaurant district, which is out of this world!

Great apartment gem in San Jose's best neighborhood

Fantastic apartment; fully stocked; close to everything with an amazing host! Kendra provides great communication and makes youir transition to Costa Rica seamless. She even provided a driver from the airport, Jose , a Costa Rican native who can also take you on private tours of the country that both Kendra and Jose are both obviously passionate about.
