Make sure Pool Gate is locked when you are not at the home. Lock before you leave. Thermostat upstairs and downstairs is set on 74 when you leave Do not put inside furniture outside.

We had such an amazing trip staying at the Sea Hag! The location was absolutely perfect and the house was in amazing condition. The pool was so clean and refreshing. Truly the perfect stay! Our host was so kind and communicative and helpful! Will most definitely be staying here again!

Devyn was a very sweet and lovely guest. She was very easy to talk to, gracious, appreciative and respectful. Left the home very clean and neat. I highly recommend Devyn to any host. She is a jewel.

We needed a four bedroom home in walking distance to the Carolina Beach boardwalk. This home is perfect. The set up and decor is fantastic! The pool and hot tub are a huge bonus. We had access to two wagons to pull the beach chairs and umbrella to the beach. Extremely helpful. Our host was very communicative and responsive. We highly recommend this home and plan on coming back. 5 plus stars!

Everything was amazing! The pool was a great hit and the family was in it almost every night. The place is very clean, spacious and is pack with everything you need. My son enjoyed the kids' room with Xbox games that were there waiting on him. The greatest thing about the property was the host. She is very lovely and caring. She made sure everything was good while we stayed here. It is literally like a 3 min walk to the beach and shopping centers and restaurants. I will definitely book here again!

We had such a fantastic time here! The kids were totally obsessed with the pool and spent hours swimming. We were very close to the beach and all the toys, wagons, and chairs were much appreciated. It was nice to be able to walk to tons of restaurants and a market. The beds were all comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped - the slushie machine was the star of the show! Melony was just the best host ever, incredibly responsive and considerate. My daughters can't wait to go back! Just the best experience, everything you could hope a house could be!

Spring Break

We had a fabulous stay at the Sea Hag! It was clean lots of space and comfy beds. Absolutely fabulous location!! It was a 5 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk. The highlight of the stay was the heated pool. We couldn’t keep our kids out of it. The whole outdoor set up was inviting and had something for everyone. The host was super communicative and helpful. If we are in the area we would definitely stay again.

Family Beach Trip

This property is awesome if you like the Carolina Beach area. So convenient to all activities. It’s an older cottage with a beach vibe. The owner has left no stone unturned in updating to include an amazing pool and hot tub. A 10 minute walk across street to the beach. Kitchen is updated and contains everything to include a stand alone ice maker. You can’t go wrong staying here.

Hello, Our names are Todd and Melony Kiser we live in Kernersville, NC. We have 5 boys ages 34 to 16 and 1 granddaughter. We are avid beach lovers. My husband is a native to Carolina Beach. I have always wanted a place at the beach and finally got my dream years ago. Carolina Beach Coast has become one of our favorite places to relax and make memories.

When we decorated our beach house, we really had families in mind.

It’s also a great fit for multi-generational families, bachelorette weekends, and girls’ trips. A time to enjoy time with your favorite people.

I love meeting new people and our home being a vacation rental, it has given us the opportunity to connect with new people all over the US.

We hope you feel right at home here and that your stay is filled with beach days, laughter, and great memories—just like ours always are.

We are centrally located in the Heart of Carolina Beach. Walking distances to all dining, shopping, ice cream shops, amusement park etc. We are a 2 min walk to beach access and boardwalk. The Boardwalk and Britt's donuts (a big favorite on the island). Carolina Beach has unique shops, great restaurants, and local scuba diving, surfing lessons and fishing tours.

Carolina Beach is a great family friendly beach suitable for young children. It is also attractive to surfers due to moderate swells that occur a bit further out. With close proximity to Wilmington, upscale shopping, dining, and historic tours are only 20 minutes away. Locally, Carolina Beach offers Freeman Park where you can drive your 4-wheel drive vehicle onto the beach. Shark Tooth Island is close by for shark tooth seekers. Fort Fisher is only 10 minutes away - where you can go to the NC Aquarium and the historic battlegrounds.

The amenities that our home offers and location to everything that make this a special property for our guest. You have your own private inground saltwater pool that is fenced in, as well as a hot tub. One of the best views to watch fireworks on Thursday evening, either by the pool or on the upper deck. The Sea Hag is a place to relax, recharge and enjoy making memories!
