Waterside Estates is a family friendly and safe community. The pet friendly neighborhood includes dog walking stations. Close to supermarkets, restaurants, entertainment and minutes away from major highways like 417- The Green Way and 528- The Beach Line... just 15 minutes from the Orlando International Airport and 45 minutes from the Space Coast!! Disney and Universal are 20-25 mins away. Home is fully equipped with a stocked kitchen to cook. Wifi throughout. Easy Check in and Check out. Near UCF. Minimum stay 6 months.

This 3 bedroom home sleeps a family of 4 with 3 queen size beds. The home is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen including pots, pans, utensils, plates, dish soap, paper towel, large and small appliances, etc; Laundry room; living room with flat screen TV and basic cable; and reliable and fast wifi.

Our vacation home is pet friendly and the back yard is completely fenced. Candles, incense or diffuser with essential oils is prohibited.

Loved our stay at Vickie's house. Home is located in a quiet neighborhood. Friendly neighbors and a great place to take a walk with our dogs. We especially enjoyed the patio and view of the lake. Our dogs loved the fenced in backyard! Vickie is a great hostess and always replied promptly to our calls and texts. We highly recommend this property!

The house served our family's needs well for a week while visiting family. While we didn't bring a pet, the house had a great yard and amenities for a dog. The kitchen was set up well with a nice coffee and tea station. The beds were comfortable full-sized beds. Bathrooms were stocked with shampoo and soap which was a nice touch. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. I would highly recommend this rental for visiting UCF or nearby family and attractions.

Great Vacation

My wife and I stayed here in September while we attended a conference nearby. The property was very clean and the location was fantastic. We really enjoyed spending the mornings on the back porch looking over the lake.
